Duolingo is good but please don't use it alone. combine it with other resources; apps, books, Youtube etc. As for your timeline, 2 months to be perfect in what exactly? A1, A2 etc. Know these things so that you can set your goals appropriately.

You can start by learning online. At least you'll pick up the basics. Anyone that will teach you will ask for money that you may not be willing to pay.
As for time duration, it all depends on you. You need to be patient and consistent to self-learn. You can PM me and I'll help in the little way I can, I've been self-learning and I just finished A2 level.

Check the school school requirements and the type of certified documents they need, some schools needs school official stamp and while some need it with any stamp,which is school, notary , high court or embassy, if it's school that need it with any stamp, collect one from uniben and take it to business center let them scan it and edit it with PDF, they should delete the address or name of the university and use to whom it may concern and with this you can use it for many school with just a stamp from high court or notary officer

He said he spoke with a guy who was one set our senior in the same university department. The guy's dad works in the top echelons of NNPC. He told him we should expect APL tomorrow or next. Man was specific. This my friend isn't on nairaland and doesn't have any information beforehand of APL.

Is a no brainer dear. Your 10th July friend, his friend who's your senior and his Dad who works in NNPC are all on Nairaland and have read from easymoneysniper. Thanks

Thanks but I think I will prefer that at exams and records because it will be issued on a Uniben letter headed paper and probably signed on behalf of the Vc unlike the departmental one.
