Was the money withdrawn from your account through an ATM? If yes, where and when.EVERY ATM has a camera, of the camera's dont work-the bank is liable.

Was the withdrawl via a cheque? if yes, all withdraws above a certain sum involve the picture of the person making the withdrawn being taken

Was the withdrawl to another bank account? If yes, what was the account to which the money was transfered to.

EMS is run by all Post Offices worldwide. So USPS runs EMS in the USA.They dont call it EMS here in the US, but when it gets to Nigeria, it is delivered by EMS.
Walk to any Post Office in Maryland and when you choose the Global Express Guranted-it is delivered by USPS.I am not sure if they also deliver Express Mail International. Other options like the flate rate box are not delivered by EMS as far as I know.
