Prayer and faith can change things and make it be the way you want it as long as it's not contrary to Gods word and will. Let's not fold our hand and keep saying that what will be will be. Jesus turned water into wine even when it was not yet His time. Hezekiah prayed and 15 years was added to his age. If he had relaxed and didn't remind God of what he did then he would have died just like it was said about him by the prophet. Daniel, Shedrach, Meshiac and abednego prayed and God turned the kings sentence round. So my brother, with prayer and faith in God you can unclad the false be and see the true be. Godstime is never a denial but delay on it's own can in most cases be denial. Delay might deny one of age, executing alternative plans, time, money, age, just name them. My prayer is that they release the list as soon as possible so that those whose names are not on the list and have given their heart to NN will find other alternatives. May God see us through.

Prayer changes times and season. Jabez prayed and God changed his destiny, Jeptha prayed and the sun stood still. So I can still pray and God will change their heart to release the list because the longer it stays the greater the politics. Concerning my name I need not to worry. What will will be will certainly be. But do you know that what will be may depend on your prayers to God making it be ? Even Jesus said, my time has not yet come and yet he drew his time and turned water into wine. Not to talk of Hezekiah that God added 15 more years. If Daniel, Ananias, Misheal and Azariah didn't pray and said what will be will be and then gave up when the king said all the wise men will be killed, then I don't think they would have been recorded as wise men full of knowledge and cunning in wisdom. For me what bothers my heart for now is the list. Time is ticking and man need to walk with the time and plan ahead. May God see us through.

If the letter of attestation does not specify whom to attest for you, only then can you give it to a retired officer. But I will prefer you giving it to the traditional ruler of your home town or any magistrate within your local government of origin to attest for you.
There is a recent happening in this years Nigerian army recruitment exercise that gave me some insight on how the game is played. My advise, please try as much as possible to get a top politician and/or a top traditional ruler since it's going to be regional exercise unlike Army and Navy Dssc and ssc that is state based, except you have an oga at the top. Above all, put your trust in God. If God says you will be there no man will stop you. For if God open the door, tell me who can shut it or if God shuts the door tell me who can open it?
