Friends let's not deceive ourselves. There are things that can bring out the passion in a man. But the most important is something that can bring food to your table. We all work for pay. I got a friend who applied for this years Nigerian navy recruitment and just got a job recently with first bank. He said he don't think he will still go for NN screening. One truth remains, those who know their God and deal deligently in anything they do are bound to excel.
Your success shouldn't be restricted to a single course in life. You are bound to excel anywhere you go and in anything your hand findeth to do as long as its not something negative.
The word of God says in Deuteronomy 28 " And I shall bless the works of thy hand". So my question is, what's your hand doing". Is it stealing, drinking strong drink and laziness. No, God won't bless you with that. It is also written in the book of Joshua " wheresoever thy foot trample upon, thou shall possess. You can excel even in the desert, as long as thou knoweth thy God. So don't give your strength to just one field in life. Have the ability to twist and fit into any field, create the happiness you want. Life is not full of pleasure. At times things may come that will waver you, but "don't frown" keep a smiling face and a cheerful countenance. Remember" whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with all thy might". Genesis chapter 1 says " dominate and replenish the earth.
Passion is good, but dominate anywhere you find yourself.

For naija nobody wey no get passion. Even pikin wey dey bele get passion. The truth is that what makes a man to excel in life is more than passion, but it's deligence. People fail to excel in their places of work and as such become angry because they don't see anything good in it. I believe in everything we do if we can be deligent and create a happy atmosphere we will certainly excel. Even the bible knocks on deligence (dedication). The book to proverbs says" seeth thou a man deligent in his duty? He shall work before kings; He shall not work before obscure men". On the other hand, passion is good, but understanding and direction is important in life. Take for example, you are going to the military and have no understanding of your purpose (aim), of the requirements, the salary structure and benefits and personal development benefits, then you are heading aimlessly with your passion.
The bible says, it is not good to have zeal (passion) without knowledge nor to be hasty and loose the track. Why many going because of passion may not be aware of the practical issues involve and as such becomes fraustrated with the job many who have understanding coupled with dedication will excel.
Passion is good o, but understanding is better, while God is best.

Salary and allowance you don't calculate them as net salary. I know sey I no do accounting for school but I know for sure say there is difference between salary basic and allowance. You can't get the form this year. You have to wait till around April or so next year. They just finished the sales of form and aptitude test about a month plus, ago. I would advise you look for something doing now and wait patiently till next year.
