There is a saying that goes "A fit body is made in the kitchen" and this is undoubtedly very true. The type of food we eat affects how our body system responds in several ways and conditions. Our major concern is to loose excess belly fats, firstly how are these fats formed? Excess Belly fats are not natural, they are accumulated in our body systems overtime due to regular eating of high calorie foods, lack of regular exercise, presence of some kind of illness like hyperthyroidism, or they could form as leftover after child birth. Be it as it may, excess belly fats are dangerous to the overall human health because; 1.
