Excess Belly fats are not natural, they are accumulated in our body systems overtime due to the food we eat, lack of regular exercise, presence of some kind of illness like hyperthyroidism, or they could form as leftover after child birth.

Be it as it may, excess belly fats is dangerous to the overall human health because;
1. It slows down metabolism rate
2. increase risk factors to health problems such as; heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, hypertension and so on
3. Makes one feel overweight thus feeling restless and difficulty sleeping

It is important to get rid of this excess fats from our body system and everyone knows that, but not everyone has the time and energy to work out 2-4hours a day and indulging in some tough fitness routine which before now is how to trim down.

As a fitness coach for the past 6 years i have come across lots if complaints from my clients regarding the fitness routines saying it isn't doable, i usually have to come up with an easier one which tends out to less effective sometimes.

The solution to all this problems is food. Yes
The nature of food we eat affects nearly all other areas of our performance ranging from mental, physical, emotional, and our overall body automatic responses.

There is a saying that goes that 'A fit body is made in the kitchen' which is very true.

Depending on your fitness goal, the type, timing and quantity of food required varies.
Someone who has a goal of building muscles will not be eating same kind of food like another who wants to loose weight, he or she will eat more calories as well as more proteins especially 2 hours before gym and after.

Our focus here is foods that can help get rid of excess belly fats and this are called NUTRIENT DENSED FOODS.
This type of foods are low in calorie and trigger a process called THERMOGENIC METABOLISM in our body system.

During thermogenic metabolism, our body system is supercharged due to the food we eat while trying to break them down. In response, signals are sent to the brain to release the excess fats and calories stored in the adipose tissues all over the body to be used up.
If your fitness goal is to get rid of excess belly fats and with ease, you need to start eating nutrient dense meals like plantains and vegetable stew, beanscake, etc. There are over 35 known Nigerian meals that are low in calorie and high in fiber.

Once you have your diet in place, all that is left is just simple 10-15 mins exercises and a good rest and in less than 30 days, you will be shocked by the transformation.
No more back breaking fitness routines, no more use of waist trainers and other body magic to manage this condition. Get rid of excess fats and feel the all round happiness you deserve.

Dr. Olu Aijotan, a fitness and health coach made a SPECIAL 10mins video where he made a list of various Nigerian thermogenic meals and how to prepare them. He also indicated simple exercises to get rid of excess belly fats once and for all in less than 28 days.
