But in lagos precisely ikeja @ d state government house, there's a section 4 dat, (If not lagos, u can check out ur state's govt. house) u can get these documents signed by a notary officer. jorianLTD, it interest me 2 read ur post dis morning cos am bordered abt d fact dat pple rily are leaving uk 4 us & canada. But urs is rily shocking cos u av a british passport & also work in d british army, yet all dis. Pls, wat exactly is happening in d uk. Good Morning, u are welcome my bro., firstly, as 4 d malaysian tin, i am a little bit familiar wit d country cos i know many nigerians are there hustling just like in other parts of d world but d place is usually busy with tourists, business men & women, drug-dealers & d rest. Secondly, I dont think its genuine 4 a university in malaysia 2 av their fees as low as $50, in fact, b very careful of "dem" cos they are evrywhere oh. Thirdly, u can try other countries like ukraine, turkey (where universities are very cheap & d people are friendly unlike china & malaysia where nigerians are caught 4 one tin ranging 4rm drugs 2 anoda & sometimes are brutally killed, although some may be innocent cos i heard abt ugly incidents where nigerians in malaysia are set-up by dis malaysians cos of envy & d rest, my bro., racism is everywhere) cos d admission & visa process takes a quicker time unlike d others. Finally, u can cool down 2 take a step dat is best 4 urself. Pls, put GOD 1st in everything & u wont regret. GOD BLESS U AMEN.

First of all, try re-new ur passport, although, i av no ideal abt d cost 4 renewal passports but new passport can be created 4 abt 15k & above but on few cases less which depends on d circumstances involved. But renewal should b close to 15k or less dats if it really differs 4rm d cost of a new passport cos am not sure abt it. Secondly, U can try schools in finland, sweden where education is free 4 d local & international students studying undergraduate & graduate programs respectively. Thirdly, u can try schools in china, turkey, ukraine where fees are as cheap as #250,000 or less per semester. If u need any more information. Feel free & contact me via my nairaland page.
