Well for a start, I am always consistent. Always available online to search for jobs with requirements that fit into my skills and that I am capable of doing within a short duration to provide clients with a better turnaround time.
And then at first, I make my offer prices in my application quite competitive to other applicants'.
Most of all, I compose a befitting proposal which will be catchy and will make clients consider me above other aplicants.

You should also be ready to give clients quick responses when they message you and lots more. Needless to mention, I had to work very hard on my first job I got (worth 250 USD) to impress him very well and he was very amazed at it and kept on giving me more jobs. Once you're able to impress them, I assure you the sky is your limit there.

This is just a tip of what I do to make clients consider me and give me good reviews.
