Adekunle Ajasin is the heartbeat of Akungba - Akoko with students occupying more than half of the houses built in the town. This shows that majority of the students rent off-campus accommodation for reasons known to them (privacy, comfort, safety and friends to mention a few) which makes rooms scares and finding it tedious. Off campus accommodation in Akungba is kind of hard to find especially if you are new and you don't know where is best for you to reside.
