I like the mentality that Nigerians are having, now we can always vote out incompetence and not be bullied to vote. Next is to regulate the earnings of all the political leaders!! |

Have you ever wondered why Saudi Arabia have oil? Has it ever occurred to you that the northern part of Nigeria and the middle east have similar temperature thereby increasing the probability of oil been found in that region? My friends are Geologists and they told me they have found shale in some parts of the north which points to the deposits of oil. The north have enough minerals deposits to last them beyond the 50 years duration experts have predicted as the duration for the oil in the SS to last. If Nigeria separate, will the Igbos sell their spare parts to their kins men? What will happen to all the capital projects in the North and West that the igbos have spread across the country. The SS don't buy the Bakassi dream, they too will want to be alone and won't share the oil wealth with you guys. Breaking up is not the way forward. |

ocelot2006: And what will you clowns do. As a SS man who schooled and lived in the SW (Lagos, Ondo, Ekiti, and Ogun) for years, I know your kind very well: all noise/gra-gra but ZERO action. I equally grew up in the SE and I can categorically tell you that if an Igbo man decides to beat you with an iron rod, be rest assured that he will. In any physical alcateration, be rest assured that it will be one - sided and definitely not in your tribe's favour. Mr u are fanning the fire of wahala. You suppose know say some fight will not be physical but more of strategically imposing difficult economic taxes on the Igbos. See the yoruba is very respectful and since both persons gunning for the governor's position are his subject with Jk is blood relation, you can be rest assured that even him will be used as a weapon against the Igbos if the Oba so desires. This is Lagos not Nnewi. |

Udmaster: sharap up! I am glad you know the Fearless Masculinity of an Igbo Man. We believe in Action and not Noise Making. Hehehehehehehe, guy no make us laugh o. You know say this no be east bah, if APC win they can make The business atmosphere really difficult for the Igbos. All they need do is sieze goods and impose unbearable tax weight on businesses majorlly spearheaded by igbos. |

jayfolarin: Oh really? War chants and drums! Better take it easy oo coz I don't believe the Oba will apologise. If any of these people have a first hand war experience, they won't be heating the polity like this!
Oba is the monarch of lagos, he has to protect the interest of lagos first. The very many projects that will make lagos the number 1 city in Africa are underway by the APC government and he feels the igbos do not like and want this coz they don't want the yoruba region to be way ahead of them should nigeria break up (God forbid). You can only understand his frustration at any attempt to scuttle the advancement that has been witnessed in Lagos state in the last 16years.
Anyways I blame the PDP solely for this!!! The same strategy of divide and conquer that cost GEJ the presidency is what is being deployed in lagos by JK. PDP will never learn. Common don't bring JK into this. He hasn't said a word that will divide Lagos, infact it is the Oba that is dividing Lagos. He is pro APC and he should have converse for their vote not threaten them. I must say that the speech of the oba is not the type that should proceed from the nouth of an Oba Especially the Oba of Lagos. I think he should learn from the Oba of Benin. If APC loses this election, this unguarded and ill thought statement would be among one of the factors that would facilitate that. |

hayatou27: I served in the south eastern part of the country, Igbos are not as friendly as we are to them, they need to respect the other tribes in Nigeria, the hatred is just too much , They are too tribalistic to even head any government parastatal, Lagos has given igbos more than they can give anyone in their own land, Igbos have a serving commissioner and also key officials in Lagos civil service from PS to directors in Ministries, a lot of Sec./Pry. school principal (state owned) are igbos, we don't discriminate against you guys, Dear Igbos don't bite the fingers that fed you. Oba has spoken, let is sink into their skulls , Lagos is a Yoruba state not a no mans land, because you are permited to stay due to the friendliness of lagosian, don't take us for granted. if any Igbo man complains about tax or other policies of this govt, Have a rethink, this policy affect all not the igbos alone, so we should stop the saying that this govt is targeting igbos alone.
Eko oni baje....Eko atesiwaju oooo You make sense, anyone who abuses any leader is him or her self sick. The truth though is that the King should not speak like that with threats and curses. He that wants to be respected must act in a respectable manner. |

DANGOTE’S LOSS OF OVER $10.3 BILLION! The slump in the oil prices, the consequent devaluation of the naira and the downturn in the capital market were not palatable news for Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote. And when all these and Nigeria’s uncertain political climate conspired to reduce his net worth by over $10.3 billion (N2 trillion!) the loss could be unbearable. And that’s exactly what happened to the trillionaire merchant in 2015. Dangote, according to Forbes was worth $25 billion in 2014, he has since lost a huge chunk of his fortunes.
The above brings to mind on of the prophesies of Apostle Johnson Suleiman. Amazing! |

This man just me made lose total respect in him. I thought we we are in a democracy and the people should be able to choose their leaders without any external pressure. Abeg the King should respect the will of the people. By the time the Igbos start to fight the yorubas in their state then they will say the igbos are people that love fight. A responsible government should shut this guys up. I think We have too many traditional leaders in nigeria. |

viazi: Ok Boss. Was only informing the house. However the entire dish with the 5 LNBF Cost 8K at strong office. I personally don't think its expensive sha. Considering the fact that this dish is not even round like our regular 90cm.its is specially shaped to accommodate all the sattelites conveniently. Whn U calculate cost of regular dish, 5 lmbf and wahala of construction............I don't see construction as cheaper.
Regards pls are you in lagos? where did you buy it. |
