ok, it is fine to use Easybuy. I did the 6month stuff. The higher your first payment, the lower your interest will be.

I made the payment, through Easybuy application which was installed on my phone.

Crime / Re: Don't Fall For This Scam by Emmbanny(m): 8:40am On Jan 04, 2020
Difrent:
It's a new year and new tricks are being deployed by the fraudsters,my people let's stay sharp and focused ,there are tons of Scammers out there.

So I got this call today from this guy who claimed to be calling on be on behalf of the manager of a bank I use saying they have two different dates of birth on my Bvn and my bank account details. He gave my real one and another 5years lower, I confirmed the real date ignorantly.
He then went on to inform me that my ATM card had been disabled this morning because of that and they were calling to correct it, they will now send me a text message containing a code I will use to reactivate my card. I agreed then he immediately asked if I knew and could confirm my account number for him which I did,he then told me to wait for the message and ended the call.....
Few minutes later he called again claiming they are unable to send the message yet that do I have the ATM card with me and asked me to call out the number on it and the expiry date..... It was at this moment my friend beside me asked quietly if I was sure it was the bank calling.... That was when it dawned on me I could be talking to a fraudster....but my stubborn doubting Thomas brain still continued the conversation, ignoring my friend urging me to end the call........ Then he asked for my CCV2 ...haaaaaaa.......the alarm bells started ringing in my head.....calmly I explained to him the part where it was written was blurred and I couldn't read it, he urged me to try, saying the numbers are engraved and that it wasn't difficult to see,. I told him I think it might be a different CCV2 number but he insisted I should be sure.....
Knowing what he was up to I told him I would rather go to a bank branch to reactivate my card since I couldn't read the real number thinking that will work. We have been talking for about 3 minutes now and has been trying hard to convince me he was from the bank from his words, bankers won't waste such time ,I was now convinced I was talking to a Scammer. I thought quickly and was relieved the account holds about 275naira so there's no risk of losing money.

But he had other tricks in store for me

He then asked me to write down a five digit number that ,which I did. He asked me to keep the number very well as that's the number I will use to reactivate my card, then he asked if those numbers were the ones I used as my pin on the card that had been blocked....my heart skipped, this guy is stylishly asking me for my PIN...i then flared up and told him that was a confidential matter and I won't disclose that to him on phone, he tried to convince I will need the number they will text to me even in the banking hall...i said no problem, but I won't disclose the pin.... I asked to speak to his superior and immediately another voice took over ......another reason to believe they are Scammer. The boss introduced himself as Mr Williams, William what I asked, William Adebayo,.....which branch I asked, head office he replied....whats your designation or rank I asked ,manager he replied......manager of what or are you the managing director? Accounts manager he replied and asked what the issue was, I told him his subordinate is asking for a confidential information on the phone which I refused, he the told me not to worry that I will receive a message now to reactivate my account and ended the call. Seconds later I got a message and Lo and behold it was a sake token message......seconds later they called again and asked me to call out the numbers......by this time I've had enough so I ended the call and stopped picking his calls till he stopped calling.

My saving grace was that I had a friend beside me who alerted me, I was already falling, thinking of it now it was as if I was hypnotized, if nobody had been with me I may have fallen totally for their tricks ,even if my 275naira was not useful today, they already have my details and only have to wait until there money in the account, as it is I'm on my way to change the card immediately.

Their number is 07033826245. Many people may have been BOMBED today and only God knows how many have fallen victim.

it is not a new trick.
