What is the meaning of if a person is operating a laptop,after some minutes when the battery goes down to like 16%,it will shut down by itself,and if switch on back it will be showing (window error recovery)

What is the solution to stop it?

i just checked the pics clearly its the 2010 make, 14.5 inches. size

So the laptop pics above is the recent one.

And the processor is dual core.
4gb ram,320gb hdd.

The screen is 14" Inches.

there are two types of dv5, the older model 15.4 inches released 2008 and the 2010 model, so which one. The recent one is very okay 14.5inches size. The old HP dv5 is very outdated as for 2021.

It happen to me few month ago,I went to the Bank to complain ,the customer care lady collected my details and assured that I will start receiving otp pin to my new number,but all to no avail,then I decided to try their online customer care service through Facebook,but note it must be verified with pass mark,so when they work on it,asssuring me that I will start receiving the Otpin,after some days I tried and it work.
I think you should try to complain to their online customer care through Facebook, only if they are on Facebook.
And note:it must be verified with a blue pass mark,hence you might fall victim of scammers.
