What do you mean by devolution of power? I suppose you mean passing power amongst geo political zones. Okay see, it started from South West in 1999 (Obasanjo) to Yar'Adua (North west) in 2007 who unfortunately died after 2-3 years then Jonathan from South South took it from 2010-2015 before it returned to Northwest ( Buhari) to complete their cycle. Now if you want to talk about devolution of power, it's only fair it goes to South East that is the only south zone to have it not south west the only south zone that has enjoyed presidency for 8 years and is currently enjoying Vice for another 8 years.

There are almost as much Igbos in the Adamawa, Kano, Kaduna etc as in Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ekiti etc Lagos is different for obvious reasons.
Igbos have supported Obasanjo in 1999 and 2003 & Jonathan from Ijaw in the South south in 2011 & 2015 even though their southern brothers (Yorubas) chose a Northerner then. In the spirit of Southern oneness let Yorubas pay back the support to Igbos now. Is that not what Afenifere is telling you to do?
