Or print out those transactions and go to physical office

If nothing comes out of it. Go to cbn website I think there's an email you can use to report complaints it can be used to report banks who do not answer.

My account balance is currently at minus N2,467. But it was at about N100 last night. When I woke up this morning, I just noticed that it is now at minus N2,467 which means a debit of about N2,567 occurred on the account. And I can’t find the narrations for that debit. Why?

Yes, I know. There was a time I noticed about 11k debit with no narration . Sometimes, when there is huge amount in my account, I won’t notice those charges. I am able to notice these ones because they put my account into negative.

The -N2,467 which put my account in negative. I think I had just N100 before that debit. But there is no explanation for that N2,467. I can see explanations for smaller debits like N5.9, N79.57 etc but I can’t see where the debit for the N2,467 occurred. All I noticed was that my account has gone into negative. It is always happening every month and sometimes twice a month!🙆‍♂️

I don’t know if anyone else experiences this type of charge by GTbank. This has been going on for over 14 months now. I always ignore it because I live abroad and move on but this time, I have decided to share my experience to know if anyone else is affected.
Every month, I notice this huge charge on my GTBank account without any form of explanation. I will see the explanation for other smaller charges but this huge one will not come with any explanation. Sometimes, it gets as high as 10k or even more. Why will the bank keep taking huge charges from my account without explanations? Can someone please help to explain why GTbank behaves this way?
