Hello.... Try downloading Titanium backup app from play store to backup your phone.
Then perform a full factory reset.
To perform a factory reset easily.
Goto your phone settings, click on Back up and reset... Follow the prompt from there.

I have been enjoying this phone for a while now until it started developing issue in such away that I can't delete anything from the phone or the memory card. And to make the matter worst, my phone memory is full. Any time I try to delete a photo or video, it would still find its way back to the phone and its really frustrating.How can I solve this problem please?

Them never shortlist pple they just they ask for past questions.one step at a time.not that iam been negetave but if na federal job wey i know,that means na only past questions person go dey study of various parastatals until you run mad.

I guess most of them asking and dropping their emails for past questions are fresh graduates. They never know anything yet.
