That's why the form required your referees to affixed their passport and attached copies of their official ID card.

The form also warn referees not to support applicants if s/he didn't know the applicant worthy of good characters and moral attitudes

Ensure your passport is less than 150kb and use Chrome browser.

I don't why some people are experiencing difficulties in filling the form. Just relax and follow the instructions and you are good to go. The application is as easy as ABC.
