The bible states there is one way to entering the Kingdom of Heaven.

I gather that such verses may have been referencing other beliefs/religions as diversions, oppositions hence not considered the true way. However there are many offshoots of Christianity that leaves one wondering if all these various pathways (denominations in Christianity) ultimately leads to the same one “way” or do some also happen to be diversions/oppositions?
Or do all these vehicles (denominations) transport Christian “believers” to the same destination but at a varying pace?

How can a proposed “one way” beget so many denominations or are some just deviations from Christianity?
I understand that the church had undergone a period of reformation however not all these denominations even adhere to the same bible - some have bibles tailored to their own denomination’s ideology.
Thus are some denominations more genuine than others?

This is a very good initiative on the part of the OP; such thread has the potential to be quite informative. I just stumbled across this Q&A now and hence haven't taken the opportunity to read through the whole thread aside from the original post (so please forgive me if I am about to reiterate questions that have already been asked). I suspect I may be making frequent visits here however.

My first question here is: What are the necessary steps taken for a "non-believer" to convert to Islam?

My second question is: What becomes of a Muslim apostate? are these people punished for leaving Islam?

And my final question for today: Is Love a fundamental principle in Islam?
