30k is the minimum for secondary section, you can be paid more than this depending on what you're bringing to the table.
Moreso, salary are paid as at when due (not even a date late).
There's welfare committee among the staffs too where you can take a certain percentage of your salary as loan before the end of the month.
They also buy foodstuffs at wholesale price to be shared among the staffs before the end of the month.
