Hi every body!

I have a twin duplex (5 bed-rm each) in Lagos (Ojodu berger area) for plastering. I need realistic and competitive quotations. I would need the cost of labour and materials all-inclusive. Any interested Nairalander in the house should contact me on alecsjimmy@yahoo.com

Only gurus in the field should contact me. Thanks you.

spyder880: Since you guys are not tired of trusting us to deliver solid homes to you, we are not going to get tired of building affordable luxury homes for you. When my client in the 'Port Harcourt mansion' told me that if I build that house right, more work is coming my way, I believed him, and today we are going ahead to start another building in the same area with the first.

This is a cool 4 bedroom duplex with all the finer details that makes architecture lovable. The finer details will be spelt out in the coming days, but here is the building site.
@ spyder880

U are just one lucky guy, aren't u? It pays greatly to be good, nice and transparent in life.

Pls Spyder880, can u help to advise me on how long a decking can stay to cure before loading it with blocks? My engineer said he would start with block setting after 3 days of casting/decking while the planks and bamboos are still in place. Pls advise!! Thx

Hi every one on this forum,

New to this site and it does appear to be very educative. Just finished a decking of a twin duplex in Lagos and the engineer wants to start with block setting. Pls how long must the concrete/decking stay to cure before block setting with the planks and all materials still intact? Living in Europe

Thanks everybody
