But routemobile use the per 6 traffic method (that's my name for it) that means you will see your balance after 6 or more messages are sent. Else, you will see 'PERMISSION DENIED' as your API balance.
Note: My answer is on the ground that you are the final admin or your level is superuser and your API is perfectly set.

If it's not long ago then check your last activities with the phone before it became slow.
You should be a very good user of the phone right. Check the kind of apps you have installed on the phone. If they are very good ram users then you need to reduce them or free up some space like remove unused apps, data or files you don't use (delete), for social media apps and similar apps that accumulate data you can also do clean up.
The secrete to fast devices in most case is free space.

Checked my Glo BIS balance and I had about 1.5GB data left, only for me to receive a message less than 24 hours later that I have a negative data balance (-240723.0Kb), and moments later I received a message that my subscription has expired.... That's not funny man. But from what I see there, that KB converted to mb is about 241mb if am not mistaking. And the time from your messages says 1.5gb was used up in close to or 24hrs.
The thing is, Glo BIS is limited to 3gb and can get exhausted ( their computer know it as expired that's why you got expired instead of exhausted) at anytime depending on what you use it for. If you use it to download file worth 2.89gb or more -even 4gb- it surely will get exhausted/expired. I mean at the spot of your subscription you can exhaust it using it for core things online.
I'd ask you to review your recent activities with your phone or check your data monitor to see the app that consume most of the data.
Meanwhile, activities like video calls, live streaming or video streaming, downloads, background update, auto update/upgrade etc zap mb seriously.
Be sure of all these before we draw conclusions.

You've not flashed any ROM or anything to change the ROM that came with the phone since you bought it then you should flash JB stock rom it will solve the problem.

M2 has only KitKat available for download now no lollipop upgrade for M2 yet. Their are still thinking about it. You can use some custom Roms if you wish but the truth is, the roms are themed lollipop based on KK. KK rom themed lollipop. You are still on KK but using Lollipop UI.
Flash custom rom at your own risk.

You will have to reload the phone am sure twill revive it.
When it's up and running please turn off auto update. It causes the crash cos it auto update and when your battery dies the update is not fully installed and it crashes.

Blackberry Link is the BB10 desktop manager that's used for advanced functions on your phone. It's installed and used on a computer.
Your serial number and pin are your privacy you can add more but am only interested in your OS and if possible kernel..

To successfully upgrade I will advice you to use a WiFi network. Being slow.. That might not be the problem of the network. If you are upgrading from a very old version then you've got a very large file to download which is not something to joke with. You can't expect a file worth 1.5gb and above to download very fast on a 3g network. If you get a reasonable network through wifi and the file is large try to exercise patience. Fact is, upgrade process is generally slow as it will do even background upgrade that you don't see.
To everyone... After any successful upgrade it takes your phone at least 48hrs or more to complete all the processes so if you notice any irregularities during this period give it more time before you conclude and lay complains.

I advise people to always do the software repair before hardware. Only few phones survive hardware repair. Thank God the guy was plain with you. Use stock rom first. Not custom rom. The link is below.

You said for some days.. Am guessing the days are few and you must have made little app download and install right?
Troubleshoot those apps and other apps on your phone and check if their settings have AUTO ON/OFF feature. If so modify it to your taste if not wait for other users' opinion because my final option is to reload the OS if the first option fails.

COMONTH & BBCMONTH are confirmed to work with bb10. You may need to change your APN to blackberry.net for COMONTH to work.

BB10 with its loads of update (upgrade rather). Please how many of us know more, and has explore leak upgrades with the right radio and etc version (like the Z10 STL100-1 edition..etc..) of your phone.
(I mean you followed all the steps without mistake and you can stand for that.. not even a comma missing out of the steps and rules given for the "how to" upgrade using the process you used)
Which process did you use (auto loader, sachesi + blitz etc...) for the upgrade. I need your advice mostly from experience.

pls remember that your BBID is only an email address that you attached to your profile

In some case resetting your password successfully will still give same error. A friend had same problem and we made back up, hard reset the phone and upgraded the version to OS 10.3... after that the same ID and password worked and still working perfectly on the phone. Do manual back up cos without your ID and password link will turn you down. But since you have a back up already you can hard reset, register same ID (probably after resetting it from their website) and carryout advanced restore of your previous backup file.

The flashing am talking about is ROM but do it through SP flash tool on PC.
Am sure you have used SP flash tool before. It has most of these functionalities.

Flashing before hardware I mean... You should flash the rom files first (software) and test if the buttons will work before you do the manual repair (hardware)
I've not uploaded my rom back up else I'd share with you. Gimme little time to search for a better one online and i will share the link there.

If you have not done anything like change of rom then you're on stock rom.
To tweak your IMEI you need to root the phone. Without root mobile uncle tools is useless on the phone. You can only be on stock or custom rom and JB, KK, or KK custom base on material which is Lollipop's standard.
If you have not flashed a ROM to your phone then you are on stock.
Go and make little research on rooting an android device.. Google is a friend. After that make back up of your phone.
Download kingo root apk,
Install and launch it make sure your network os on and you have data for it to download necessary library files to root the phone,
Touch the large icon with padlock symbol and wait for it to load till you get 100%.
Click it again if it stops.
If you get the success message then you have successfully root your phone.
Reboot the phone and check if you will find a new app with any of these names.. Super Su, king user, superuser.. If yes then launch mobile uncle tools..a pop will come for permission touch allow.
You should back up your IMEI before tweaking.
If you still don't understand meet someone that do understand to help you do it.
