To all of you criticizing this country, i wish i can quote you all and counter your points with some specific statistics about this country that you don't see anything good about, but time won't permit me to do that now as i'm busy at the moment.



Let me make it clear here that,
Amidst the crinkum-crankum and many plagues ravaging this country, one fact still stands immutable. NIGERIA IS STILL ALIVE!


Stop blaming Nigeria for any challenge you might be going through now! Work like a trojan and put God first. Greatness and succes sis not in a place but in a man. The country you find yourself is not a guarantee for success, rather the success you so desire lies in you. If you like, travel to America, U.k E.T.C Its not a sure guarantee that you would make it there if you do nothing. It may only increase your chances of making it by a step. I would rest my thumbs here!

I know of about two people on this thread who are trying to be what they are not, and its not going down well with others on this thread. We all can't be comedians or comediennes, the beauty of life lies in accepting people the way they are and respecting what they believe in.

I know Kolade has an impeccable sense of humour. His posts and good use of smileys are hilarious.

But when one tries to toe his line, it won't work because that's not who he/she really is.

Please guys, gaining admission is just a step out of the many steps we would still take in our odyssey of life. I enjoin everyone to respect one another. Above all, be yourself!

Its somehow baffling how things have taken distasteful turns in this thread. I can reminisce those times when harmony and mutual respect reigned supreme on this thread. We were all united in faith as we waited earnestly for the admission list.


N0w the list is out and we've all changed! Well, like the saying goes, "change is constant". But i have a question to ask, and i will like to get a sincere answer void of sentiments.

COULD IT BE THAT SOME PEOPLE WERE PRETENDING THEN?

I don't want to list names as that would incure the wrath of some people. But please, i need an answer to the above question.

To add to it. Most people are too theoretical rather than practical. They would read motivational and inspirational articles like this and get convinced ! Some become impressed, for that moment, they become positive minded but they would not channel this motivation into practical steps that would yield results. That's why articles like this will not yield dividends unless and except practical measures are taken. In summary, quotes and motivational articles won't and don't work except complemented by PRACTICAL measures. Nothing works except you work!

To sum it all, put God first. Atheists can quote me for lampooning, I don't care. All i know is, no matter the level of your labour, if you are not connected to the divine grace of God, you will end up in grass. I defined GRACE & MERCY as the ointments that lubricate the frictions of life.

I read where a guy said mass and weight are thesame, this made me chuckle subtly . I want to believe that was a tongue-in-cheek c0mment. Mass varies from weight. The former is the quantity of matter contained in a body while the latter is the earth's pull on a body.

I'm not here to fan the embers of any argument, i'm just clarifying that statement he made.
