It leaves us speculating. Some may speculate a bearish trend while some may see a possible rangebound and some will tell you the bullish trend should continue.

Many times in the course of this euro bullish move i have seen very strong res getting breached and even yesterday euro pulled a stunt by breaking a strong supp that many traders will consider a sell confirmation just to zoom up again.

So my conclusion is that traders should just stick to a specific entry and exit rules no matter what they see on the chart. My swing trading method has gathered over 1000pips combined in all open positions as at the moment but if you ask me days ago if this will happen i will tell you a big NO because i have seen very strong res levels that ought to push euro down getting breached effortlessly. So price is definitely the king. Just follow it and have specific entry and exit points. This is why i chose to be swing trader above intraday trading.

Wow what a drama i never liked this news thing.....just wanted to try my hands on news and now my stop is hit...

Now back to the technics my 1st love from day 1

For those of us that wants to learn price action trading(PA)....the pix below shows how yesterday candle closed as a bearish pin bar below a strong resistance and failed to take off the inside bar of the previous day....

Looking at the daily chart closely you will notice how a sell stop was placed few pips below the low of yesterday candle which eventually is playing out fine.The same valid bearish pin bars on EJ and GU

EU testing 1.2519 a convincing break below will crash EU to SOUTH AFRICA

This kind of setups shows up once in a while if you miss it you miss out

Lets keep a close look to the strong supports today cos it will determine the move down some more or a turn around

Like it's said price is KING follow it anywhere it goes

May the pips shower on us

Who is seeing the valid bearish pin bars about to be formed on the 4hrs chart on both AU,NU and to support this setup is the rejection of upper prices by the 21EMA dynamic layer?

This is a good Sell setup for the downward trend continuation.... lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

I think the best way to approach this setups is to place a sell limit at the 50% fibo retracement of the pin bars...

If EU breaks 1.2519 today then we will likely see 1.2378 before weekend all things been equal....this is for swing traders oooo

My Oga Toks2008.....i wonder what is really happening oooo...you that i know far back as 2009/2010 as a complete swing trader with hundreds of pips on a single call now an intra-day scalper with 20pips what is it? Is it that the greed thing throw you out or something?

I must say your calls this days is kind of confusing bro...please get back to your original pattern coz i know you are good when it comes to this biz.

its pretty simple. it means closing a certain portion of your trade and leaving the rest in the market. now the idea here is that you close a certain portion of your tar and move your stoploss to break even which is three pips front of the entry price. if the trend continues you make more profit. if it doesn't you dont lose, becAuse of the first trade you.pulled out. Now the only way you can close a trade partially is if you are trading a lot size larger that your brokers minimum lotsize. eg. u place a trade with 0.4 lot size nd you are in say 50pips profit, most people just hit close on mt4 but to do this before clicking close edit the lot size in the pop up window to say 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 depending on ur preference. if you change it yo 0.2 before clicking close the your broker will close you out with 25pips and you will still have a trade with 0.2 lots running in the market. Now this is where i set break even. If it goes further i make profit and if it doesn't i get taken out at break even without a loss but a profit from my partial exit. Hope its clear. please ignore any typo cos am replying u via mobile and it ain't easy lol.

Toks2008: Euro has decided to move south but not for long as we may see a strong supp at 12560 so sellers should sell with care.

But if the next 4hr candle breaks the low of the current 4hr candle which should close bearish by 20/30pips then we can say the bears have started their long expected voyage down to 12464 or lower.
