Some of the agencies you are asking for their pay packages have already been addressed on previous pages. @TammyAnybody and others did a great job trying to put people in the know.

Checking on previous pages will not hurt anyone. I cannot and indeed no one can have the exact pay packages of over 600 FG MDAs off heart. Even those working at OAGF (IPPIS) or NSIWC will have to check the books most times to give the most accurate information.

I may have rough figures and maybe exact figures for some but it is definitely like a drop in the ocean compared to the number of existing MDAs. For one reason or another, there are many public servants on Nairaland who are privy to this trend but do not want to disclose their salaries. For reasons best known to them, they won't even disclose when their parastatal is recruiting.

See how I silenced those ones asking for when payment will commence after IPPIS. I simply asked one to tell us what agency he captured for and everyone disappeared. Many are acting as though informing others of an ongoing recruitment will reduce their chances or maybe their new office will retrieve their appointment letters from them if they let others knew where they got employment. Hehehehe

That's why I had to commend @Hannae and few other selfless persons here. Everyone will be alright eventually.

Going forward, I'll like to focus on just giving information on ongoing recruitments. If I have information on pay packages/salary structures, I will still share my knowledge.

A director can easily access the Perm. Secretary or Hon. Minister for further assistance. He might even have friends in other MDAs that can be helpful. Maybe your uncle just has a lot on his hands or isn't the type who is given to asking people for help.

Walk in....

Hold an extra copy of your CV for acknowledgement. Try to lobby a staff and get their contact so they can keep you updated. Get the CEO/DG/MD/ES/EVC's (or whatever they use there) number if you can.

NAICOM is the agency responsible for regulating the insurance sector. They have a very good pay package (including wardrobe allowance and annual upfront)

They are expanding to some states and therefore require more manpower. CVs are accepted at the HQ. People will called for a test soon. Goodluck

Thank you. It is advisable to submit at the HQ. Except you are given an assurance that the state office will help you send it to the HQ and hold an extra copy so they can stamp on it as evidence of receiving your CV.

Another reason why it is important to have a copy of your CV stamped is for follow-up. It makes it easier for anyone who wants to support you. Some people will request for evidence that you applied before they offer to help you.

Used to be above 150k or so......but they started having issues when they joined IPPIS. Some bogus allowances were removed but they are presently in talks to return the allowances. I dont think it should be more than 120k now. I'm not certain please.

you dont apply. You are either given or you buy. Some persons get employment slots and decide to sell. Some get and decide to help people they know with it.

Beware of people who claim they have slots to sell. 99% of them are scammers. You will rarely meet people who have genuine slots to sell on the streets or on nairaland

Asides those ones I mentioned earlier, others will accept your CV. But like I said, don't depend on submission of CV alone......thousands are also submitting.

Improve your networking......reach out to more people to help out. Don't keep quiet. Exceed your limits. Challenge yourself. It's not everyone who got a good federal job that knew somebody. Some were just dogged and determined in their pursuit. Too many of such stories, I cannot start narrating here.

Whatever you desire, break limits and go all out to get it. Cheers!

FCSC only deal with recruitment into Federal Ministries and BPP. If you are seeking employment into Ministry, then you are on track.....

Federal Character Commission is the agency of government responsible for granting approvals, waivers and ensuring that fairness and other federal character principles are reflected in the recruitment of government parastatals.

Nevertheless, a Commissioner at FCSC is influential enough to help you pull the necessary strings to ensure you get a place in any of the parastatals.
