Idiot,so whites don't arrest people that masturbate in public? After all, it's nobody's business. Wanna be white with black brain, black ass black everything, that's what you are. Who knows maybe you even have tribal mark. Your black brain refuses to hint you that some people might be fasting and if they see this, it could break their fast?
for starting your post with an insult, you are a pig. Again, your entire post reeks of stvpidity & insensitivity. Respect people's freedom of choice. Who cares about your useless fast or religion? Must everyone be guided by your 'moral compass'? You will leave burning national issues and be supporting the harassment of an innocent citizen for their choice of dress. Monkey! Who cares about you and your religion. Hang yourself! I don't dignify pigs with a response, you cant rant all evening. Black pig with black brain.

You are very correct. I also admire your sense of maturity. Though I belive thier excesses should be curbed as they embarass the country alot. I was invited to a Nigerian party in Tennessee and some of my white friends I took with me were disgusted and amazed at how my Igbo brothers were abusing the dollars. I mean to say the least they were showing off. I had to leave when they took over with Thier pompous attitude.
LOL. That's their trademark. An average igbo man is very proud, arrogant & feels that every other person is inferior to him. I have met some very good ones though, that's why I dont generalize.

There's nothing like bigotry in this.
You cannot de-brand the country, run away from it. And at the same time expect the same country to come to your aid.
Guy the Sun does not rise and set on the arses of these people.
If they want one Nigeria they will get it
If they don't want one Nigeria they will also get it.
You do anyhow... You see anyhow
Call this bigotry... Your opinion
They may have been wrong in their approach but let us embrace every Nigerian with love. We are all bearing this heat together. S/Africans were not asking if anyone is igbo, yoruba or hausa when they were maiming us. Poverty, effects of corruption, poor governance knows no tribe or ethnicity. Please let love lead the way.

The problem with most people is that they are so eager to please the world and get accepted into the bandwagon that they are afraid to speak their minds. It's a good thing that he volunteered to help evacuate our brothers in south Africa, without collecting money (as far as we know). And the beneficiaries were particularly grateful. If he's doing it out of the goodness of his heart and doesn't truly expect payment as he said I the beginning, why gloat about it when the job is not even completed? Except he's expecting some form of remuneration or acknowledgement from the government, in which case it will not be out of place to truly question his absurd claim of transporting less than 200 people from South Africa to Nigeria in just a trip with 280 million naira.

Let's learn to be objective instead of being sentimental all the time. If you buy me a 5000 naira lunch at a regular restaurant and while I'm still eating you're already telling the world that you spent over 20,000 naira to feel me, should I just remain quiet in the spirit of being grateful?
you are struggling hard to be heard but you are indirectly showcasing your rare type of foolishness. Never in my life have I seen ignorance spread wings and fly.

Na wa oh. So who sent them away in the first place. You ran away from the country and you expect the country to bring you back. So you think FG does not have better things to do abi. Its good for airpeace. He should keep his noble gesture to himself. No one wants to know.
And besides I was expecting them to sing Biafran anthem. After all... Nigeria is a zoo according to them.
This bigotry will eventually ruin you and your cohorts insha Allah

I'm really tempted to insult you but I will hold myself because;

- You may be truely ignorant about NIPOST.

- You have relied on hearsay(s).

- You may not have an intention of mischief when posting this.

But let me CATEGORICALLY state that level 08/2 in Nipost takes home 49,800. Now that is for entry level BSc holders. I have my cousin's payslip for JULY 2019.

NIPOST is one of the most poorly remunerated parastatals with poor staff welfare and poor working environment. Please be guided.

I can see the ad hominem in your quote.
When you know you can't counter my point your resort to insult and bring in unrelated issues.

The point here is, hand shake.
Is it permissible for a Muslim to shake hands with the opposite gender?
No.
So what's the fuss all about?
OK I get it.
Tolerance is when I do what you like not what I believe is good for me even when it does not harm you in anyway.
You are a bigger hypocrite to begin with.
You didnt answer his question though. He who must come to the table of equity must do so with clean hands. Why should European and other western countries be tolerant to muslims but saudi cannot be tolerant to other religion? If you are not answering this question directly, dont bother quoting me.

But no, Buhari will put a woman as Minister and a man to second her as Minister of State. Typical Northern mentality

I asked if it is as large as a Federal Ministry, I did not say it is small. Everything you wrote here does not invalidate the question or answer.

It is more sagacious to comprehend questions, than answer what was not asked.
If you understood public administration and governance a bit, you may have known there is no basis for comparism. Lagos State Ministry of Education is larger than Federal Ministry of Niger Delta in terms of manpower, budget and other indices. Federal Ministry of Works is larger than Kano State Ministry of Sports or Chieftaincy Affairs but Kano State Ministry of Education is definitely larger than Federal Ministry of Women Affairs. So what exactly is your question?
Football seems to be your forté, stick to it. Good morning!
Politics / Re: Seun Fakorede: Governor Makinde Nominates 27-Year-Old As Commissioner (Photo) by EngrBriggs: 9:00am On Aug 20, 2019
...will be answerable to the commissioner for education.
Do not be confused by what that person above is trying to posit. Commissioners for parastatals are quite different and mostly do not need approval of the state house of assembly for appointment. At the federal level, several titles are used to address the head of a parastatal (department, agency or commission) such as DG, MD/CEO, Chairman, Commissioner etc depending on the Act used to establish them. Commissioners are mostly used for parastatals that use commission at the end of their names such as FCC, FCSC, NCFR but some federal commissions still use other titles...eg SEC uses a DG etc.
But the topic in contention is a commissioner to head a state ministry and that is why the approval of the state HoA is being sought. Cheers!

How large is a State ministry? Is it as large as a Federal ministry? No.

Okay, I apologise for the error, I have never heard of a State minister. They are commissioners and they oversee only state matters, which is what I had in mind. It is not as large as a Federal Ministry.
Like I said earlier, it is more sagacious to ask questions than speak ignorantly. A state ministry has several parastatals under it just as a federal. For example, all public schools (primary to tertiary) and their respective heads in a state are under the purview of the state commissioner for education. All state health facilities and their CMDs will report to health commissioner etc. Even by law, all traditional rulers are answerable to the commissioner for traditional and chieftaincy affairs. There is no state ministry that cannot boast of at least 1000 staff, you call that small? Pick education for example, all headmasters, principals, rectors and VCs of state education institutions..
