Massive price slash and governor fubara of Rivers state has re launched the Rivers State Transport company RTC .

Note that RTC was closed down through out Wike's tenure because rumour had it that Wike took over the company for himself .

State Policing doesn’t get in the way. I’m sure once this LG autonomy is ironed out, state police is next. Most govs are in favour of it. Careful planning is what’s needed.
