Because of this thread,I recommended A5 pro for a friend.barely one week usage,the phone has started developing one fault like dat.once he dials a number,the screen goes completely blank until the call is done,then it restores on its own.it's not normal.even pressing the power button during d call won't restore the backlight during the call.
He is all of a sudden regretting his choice.his joy over the new device is seeming short-lived & I'm not happy about it.what could be d problem and d way out??

Go to settings and search "sensorhub". Open and clear app data then restart the phone. If it persist, active power button end call in "accessibility" so that when ever it happens u use ur power button to end the call.

This proximity sensor issue is my only ache on my A5pro. Guys please help a brother out, I have removed plastic film, removed tampared glass, even removed rubber protective case, but it still persist for weeks now, restarted several times too. Is there something else that makes it go blackout during calls?

Go to settings and search sensorHub. Open it and clear the app storage. Then restart ur phone.

Who else is facing this same issue after installing the Latest Update on Umidigi A5 Pro.

My screen goes off whenever I am on call, as a result I won't be able to hang up on the call or put it on speaker mode. Most of the time, I will have to tell the other person I am communicating with to help me end the call from their end

What's the Fix for this

Go to setting and search sensor hub. Clear data and restart d phoe.

hello pals.
since 27/08/19 my umidigi a5 pro tracking number shows unsuccessful delivery Reason : Addressee requested later delivery Measure :: Scheduled for further action/processing on next working day..........i went to d general post office to collect my package and they told me its not ready that i have to wait until i receive a text message or call from them, it's been 8 days now nd they dd nt call nor msg me. pls wat would likely be the problem and wayout huh
