This pastor is an illiterate no doubt. He is talking confidently from his ignorant point of view. The first thing he should know about governance is that there's separation of powers and the budget of the house is on a first line charge from the Federal revenue. The executive arm has no business with how the legislative arm spend their funds so long as it follows their own budget plan.
The idiot again (he is an Obidient) is talking about subsidy. This ones speak from both sides of the mouth, they are never truthful. Pastor my yansh.

How will removing Tinubu and putting Atiku help you and my hungry neighbors? Explain and make it make sense.
This is what I have been saying and this is the question these idiots can't answer. The economy is a reflection of the kind of business we carry out as citizens. Government cannot change it but can only dangle incentives at us. We have a choice of accepting or rejecting that incentive.
For example, the naira is down right now. In economic parlance, this would encourage exports of commodities but what is happening? People are still in search of the dollar to import more luxury goods instead of thinking of production.

You applied for a job or an exalted office with credentials not issued by your school, and you were employed..... what do you call this act?

A big FRAUD or a HEINOUS CRIME.

There are no other ways to explain this criminal act. This is not an ordinary job, it is an exalted and the greatest job in Nigeria, the office of the President.

This is an office that the occupant is expected to be filled with a man of honour, with no blemish and integrity. This President represents more than 200M people, a home of black men all over the world.

Nigeria should be grateful to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for revealing this naked truth to us. He spent his hard earned money to expose this fraud, ghost and the impostor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is currently occupying the office of the President of Nigeria.

It is now left for ordinary Nigerians to kick this impostor out of office, even if the Supreme Court decides to uphold this FRAUD.

If Nigerians refuse to do the needful, be rest assured that the next four years is going to be another wasteful venture just like the 8 years of President Muhammadu Buhari.

We cannot continue to embrace lies and unrighteousness or wallow in sin as a nation and be asking for greatness and prosperity

To be forewarned is to before armed!!

Because there is due process that must be followed. Its not automatic.
Notethe following

1. Under the constitution, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. So despite what folks may think or say about forged certificates, Mr Tinubu is presumed innocent until found guilty of forgery.

2. To be found guilty of forgery, a person with locust standi must file a suit of forgery at the High Court. Supreme court will not hear a case of forgery that has not passed through the lower courts. Its not enough to make allegations at the supreme court hearings.

3. The high court case must be completed with a guilty verdict before this can be useful anywhere

4. The constitution also says that a siting president is immune from prosecution. i.e how do you file a forgery case against a sitting president. It cant be done. You must wait until he is defeated in 2027 or if he is not defeated he has served his second term before anyone can bring a case of forgery against him.

If a case of forgery is brought against him now , the court will throw it out because he is immune to prosecution be virtue of being a sitting president.

Do not be deceived, the on going supreme court hearings is not the place to bring charges of forgery.

I hope I am right in my analysis. Lawyers pls verify.

You are very right. The CJN, FCJ's, SCJ's or whatever Js will not interprete it differently 😆

Like the presidential election tribunal that base it's judgement on technicalities instead of facts? How is Tinubu still the president after all said and done....? It will be a blatant disregard of the rule of law if supreme court rules in favour of Tinubu on the issue of perjury and falsified documents..... This issue is not about the tribe but Nigeria's international image as a nation..... It is left for the judiciary to decide since national assembly failed to live up to it's responsibility as an independent arm of government....

Oga! Its like you don't know the meaning of the word "technicality " you're just using it when it suits you. It means declaring a judgement based on something other than the number of votes a candidate got in an election . Now based on this, tell us how the PEPT declared judgement based on technicalities? Tell me the number of votes Obi or Atiku got that should have upturned Tinubu's victory. Till this day we don't know what basis Obi or Atiku claim to have won the election other than calling for Tinubu’s disqualification

The question is, what's legal about an American citizen, replacing a certificate he didn't collect?
You guys cannot wrap your heads around the fact that Tinubu did not collect a certificate but a diploma, which is as worthless as an invitation card to a wedding ceremony.

You are not just getting the point. Nobody is disputing the fact that Tinubu attended CSU. The main issue is his certificate. What he submitted to INEC is quite different from what CSU has in there record. And the result states that he graduated in 1970 which according to the school was not in existence by then. This is a clear case of forgery. In my opinion, there is no difference between Mmesoma and Tinubu.
Oga, what Tinubu did is not an offence. What Mmesomma did is an offence. It's like accusing someone of driving on the left hand side just because you saw a picture of him in Nigeria driving in England. It's an offence in Nigeria but not in England. So him tendering a picture of driving on the left in England, does not mean you can accuse him of commiting an offence in Nigeria.

Case closed, let the supreme court do their work. it is a challenge to test their integrity and CSU are aware he submitted a fake cert but they don't want it to come from their mouth.
If the person involved is not a president, the case would not have ended this way.
It's so annoying that some people have ignorance living rent free in their brains. How can someone claim he knows better than the official statement of a school. Are people this really stupid! For the school to say " he was one of our students " there's nothing anyone else can do whether you bring out 10k fake certificates. Most of these awara read the constitution upside down. It is absurd to think that after all brouhaha and shame Tinubu has brought to this country over the past 24 hours he will make a public resignation speech but unfortunate nothing has been said by the presidency or national assembly. This silence has shown a direct disdain and disrespect to Nigerians who are forced to bear the consequences of this shame that has plagued social media and international media since the news broke over the president's forged documents. Tinubu should bury his head in shame for his cowardly approach to the crisis. Our legislators who claim to represent Nigerians should also bury their heads in shame for failing to speak up or do the needful in an event like this that has international dimension and far reaching global damage to Nigeria's image. It is indeed sad that Nigerians have no one in government to fight for them or represent them in this trying times. In a sane society Tinubu should've resigned by now and an independent investigation should've been instituted against him and INEC to ascertain the degree of irregularities that occured during the 2023 presidential election.

The deafening silence by the presidency, Tinubu, national assembly, anti-graft agencies and all stake holders should bother Nigerians. What is happening is a clear indication of deep rooted corruption, selfishness and criminality among those we call leaders. It's a shame indeed! Tinubu, where is your conscience?

Mumu! Why don't you sue tinubu instead of leading atiku into a den of wasted funds?
Toks2008:
In situations where a person is found to have gained admission and earned a degree using forged documents or falsifying information, even if it happened many years ago, universities typically have the authority to revoke the degree. Most academic institutions have policies in place to address cases of academic fraud, including the use of forged documents during the admission process.

Universities take academic integrity seriously, and if it comes to light that a degree was obtained through fraudulent means, they can conduct an investigation, which might lead to disciplinary actions, including the revocation of the degree.

The ability to initiate such a revocation process after many years would depend on the university's specific policies and the evidence available to substantiate the claim. If there is credible evidence of document forgery, even after several decades, a university could potentially revoke the degree and take appropriate actions.

It has been established beyond all doubts that Tinubu gave a false information to gain admission into Chicago state University and that is clearly seen in the image attached. Tinubu who applied to Southwest College for an associate degree in 1975 claimed to have attended Government College, Lagos, and presented a 1970 GCE A-level result. Whereas, Government College, Lagos, was established in 1974 by the administration of Brig. General Mobolaji Johnson. This was also part of the documents Tinubu presented to CSU and was part of the documents released by CSU to Atiku Abubaker.

Now that there is a substantial evidence, what Atiku needs to do now is to prompt the university to conduct an internal investigation, and take action, including revoking Tinubu's degree but this would generally depend on the university's own policies which i believe has zero tolerance to forgery or false information.

With this move, Tinubu will be automatically disqualified from contesting any election even if he is fortunate to complete the present term.

2. The certificate (we call it “diploma” in the US) that Tinubu submitted to INEC is inconsistent with the certificates CSU issued in 1979 and subsequently, indicating that Tinubu forged his.

Although he did legitimately graduate from Chicago State University in 1979, he obviously lost his certificate and, instead of applying for a replacement, decided to forge it. That strikes me as mysterious self-harm.
