I am cog sure you've not been following this case but just commenting from blues. Now, go back and read this news against and make sure you read it attentively without bias mind. The court said, it has jurisdiction to hear the case and if Tinubu didn't reply to the petition, the court will have no option than to compel CSU to release the asked documents to Atiku. Now, go back and read by yourself.
If Atiku has gone to the school directly to request for such sensitive documents, he will not be given but he was wise by going through the court. Atiku is an interested party in a case that requires that truth be made manifest. The court is bound to protect his interest, forget this your emotional laden comment.
Oga, stop spewing trash! The court is not bound to do anything. These are personal information which concern nobody except Tinubu, the school and anyone Tinubu gives permission to cross-check his result. The CGPA is a public record but the transcript is personal.

I'M CHECKING SOMETHING.
Before answering this question, we have to define corruption. Some persons think corruption is just the direct pilfering of government purse. No! It's more than that. Using state instruments to favour you, your family or friends without due process is corruption. For example, telling a perm sec to employ a family member ( even if he/she is 100% qualify) without the due process of first advertising the position and allowing for a free and fair interview, no interference etc is corruption. Now in the Nigerian we are today, who can do to that without incurring the wrath of family, friends or village people? You are in a position to give your nephew a good job and you say you can't because you want to follow due process. No worry! Shebi you go go back to that willage. Therefore, no Nigerian can say no to this question.

Something very INTERESTING is happening with the Atiku/BAT’s case in the USA.
A lot of people don’t really know the details but I took my time, went through court documents, did some more researches and brought you a summary.

WALK WITH ME!

So, Atiku’s case in the USA is perhaps the most IMPORTANT part of the electoral Jigsaw puzzle on qualification of BAT for the following reasons:

- One of the constitutional requirements to qualify for election as president in Nigeria is to be educated up to at least the school certificate level or its equivalent.

- BAT listed and submitted Chicago State University (CSU) as the only school he attended on his INEC form EC9. This satisfies (or is equivalent to) the requirement of the constitution.

- Atiku’s US case aims to lift the veil on the foundational documents BAT used to qualify for and gained that admission

- Yes, you guessed right. Documents like transcript, biodata, WAEC result, testimonial from previous school (s) etc.

In summary all such documents that laid the foundation upon which BAT’s subsequent qualifications were built, if they exist, are covered by that subpoena Atiku is in court for.

- If it is confirmed that BAT’s foundational educational documents belonged to someone else i.e a female and that he appropriated someone else’s identity to gain admission into CSU, it would mean that ALL subsequent qualifications built on it, will collapse like a pack of cards due to identity theft/fraud.

CSU will have no choice than to withdraw any certificate awarded to that identity if they are properly petitioned.

- It will definitely become an international scandal (imagine the headlines : Nigerian NARCO Bagman President also guilty of Identity theft)

- On the home front, with the international collapse of his CSU certificate and exposure of the fraudulent foundational documents, he will fall short of that sacred constitutional requirement of being educated up to school certificate level or its equivalent, as there will be NO evidence to prove otherwise (He go explain tire 😊)

- The courts won’t need to ask any questions. From what he filled in his form EC9, he already submitted that he had no other qualification. If CSU certificate fails then he is AUTOMATICALLY deemed as not qualified in the eyes of the Law.

- An international scandal of such dimensions would force the Supreme Court’s hand. If it becomes a notorious international fact that BAT does not have a WAEC/School Cert result or it’s equivalent, they’ll have no choice but to apply the constitution in its strict sense to DISQUALIFY him.

- This is why TINUBU is FIGHTING SO HARD through his Lawyers to prevent this records from being released to the Atiku team

He does not want the Nigerian people or the world to know that HE DOES NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM WAEC QUALIFICATION or ITS EQUIVALENT! and that the documents he’s been parading belong to someone else!

- Atiku is a very β€˜wicked adversary’ πŸ˜‚

He wants to help Nigerians solve a TRANSGENDER mystery.

He will do this by dragging A BAT from the Darkness of Nigeria’s murky politics to the LIGHT of international embarrassment.

We All Are Watching!

This long epistle you wrote here is just rubbish. You just wasted your time typing jargons.
The courts (EPTs) has said severally that you cannot accuse someone of criminality and expect them to pass judgement without that accusation having a life of its own in court. That is "you have to prove any criminal accusation beyond reasonable doubt".
Whatever Atiku or what have you does in the US, it is their law. You have to bring the case to Nigeria and retrial it. So stop wasting our time with stupid rubbish

You are outdated. Go and study the SC judgement on Osun. BVAS is an integral part of the election and is in fact a primary evidence.

Besides, let me ask you, why did INEC issue IREV to LP as certified and true copies of form EC8AS?
Oga! Nobody is talking of BVAS here. Also, INEC gave LP what they requested for. LP specifically requested for those blurred IREV documents so as to use it as a means of proving their case.
Politics / Re: PEPT: Tsammani's Tsunami Expected. by Enice(m): 9:27pm On Aug 16, 2023
Spy360:

I wish you had taken the patience to read through. You are right to say that IREV is secondary source of data. If I may ask, what is the primary source? Secondly, if that source is disputed, what would be used for verification? We are back to IREV.

Now according to the SC judgement on Osun, upload to IREV is a key part of the electoral process because it takes place at the PU in real time. Also according to INEC guidelines as empowered by the Electoral Act, collation of results must be done after verification from IREV.

Hope this reply isn't too long.
No!No!!No!!! We have three source of primary evidence. 1. INEC copies of EC8As 2. Agents copies 3. Police copies. IREV does not even come close.
Now answer this question! How do you determine if the picture from an IREV machine is a picture of a fake or original EC8A? You are only seeing the picture you don't know if the document from which it has been taken is forged or fake. You cannot scrutinise the document. It's what you see that you accept. Now, if there's a dispute, due to such, what would be used to resolve it?
Also, the courts has said that mistakes can arise from using the IREV. Mistake such as not snapping the correct picture as was the case in those blurred result.

Spy360:

This is exactly what APC lawyers expected. They know that the tribunal would require evidence polling unit by polling unit and witnesses called for each polling unit in contest. This is an old gimmick.

So Obi's lawyers decided not to contest that he won but that the process was flawed. If he said he won they would ask for witnesses for each PU, but if he says the process was not properly done, he only needs to prove the process.

How did he do it?

First, he proved that non upload to IREV as stipulated by INEC in its guidelines was a violation of the process. He then brought evidence of 18000 blurred results issued to him by INEC as certified true copies. He also brought 10000 LP agent copies to show that those blurred results were manipulated to reduce his votes and add figures to Tinubu. Those results show that he won two more states (Rivers and Benue) that were awarded to TInubu, thereby increasing his to 13states plus FCT and reducing that of Tinubu to 10states only.

By doing this, he left the tribunal with two options, that if they consider the elections as flawed, then they will order for a rerun. If they consider it as compliant they will now have to recount the votes that are disputed. If the latter is upheld, the only evidence of Election Results before them is what Peter Obi presented showing that he won.

So Obi does not have to prove he won, it is left for the tribunal to decide who won based on the evidence before them.

Personally I feel they will ask for a runoff between the person with the highest votes and the person with the highest states. It will be between Tinubu and Obi, that is if Tinubu is not disqualified.

You wonder why Atiku is going to US courts to prove Tinubu's forgery? He knows that he will not contest unless Tinubu is disqualified.

If justice is truly upheld, Tinubu must be disqualified. There are six reasons he should be disqualified of which he cannot escape all:
1. His invalid nomination (failure to appoint a vice president within 14days of Masari's withdrawal)
2. Shettima's double nomination.
3. Forged certificates and fake NYSC
4. Perjury (he said he had no other citizenship but he had Guinean citizenship)
5. Dual citizenship
6. 460k dollars forfeited for crime
This your epistle is sooo.... long that it's a waste of time to read it.
Why do I say so?
Immediately I saw IREV as your first point, I knew it will be a waste of time.
IREV is not a primary source of evidence. It is secondary. Therefore, the courts cannot use it because it may have been tampered with. It's like telling a lie for so long that it's now seen as the truth. The source will tell the truth, so the sink cannot be guaranteed

The much awaited judgement of the PEPT is just around the corner, nearer than you could ever imagine.
Brace up as It's expected to come like a tsunami from Tsammani & the other judges. Never in the history of Nigeria has any case attracted so much followership and interest from Nigerian.
Its something that has not being heard nor seen in Nigeria before, Whichever way it goes the judgement is expected to be the first in History of Nigeria. It is coming like a tsunami.
While the petitioners have a strong case and are therefore expecting Tsammani's Tsunami to scatter the incumbent, the respondents are believing it has never happened before in Nigeria and therefore Tsamani's tsumani should be deferred. They even begged that if Tsammani's
tsunami is to happen let it tamper justice with mercy by choosing which of the petitioner the respondent wish to rerun with. Am surprised they don't know how tsunami operates, it comes without notice, without consideration, without pleading, without incumbency factor, it comes unexpectedly just like it did on 28th Feb 2023( presidential election day) where structureless tsunami cleared all the well structured party.
I see Nigeria erupting into celebration when Tsamani tsunami comes; It could either way, the mandate thief may erupt into celebration for the first time since they stole if it goes their way. Be sure to expected avalanche of celebration and Jubilation if the judgement comes the way of the Mandate owner.
Tsammani's Tsunamic judgement is coming just as God's judgement day is coming. Brace up Nigerians.
Petitioners have a strong case how? Petitioners that never stated how they won! They were only going after frivolous technicalities! You people should stop typing rubbish o!
