So I had my interview today. The group one was not so great, be careful with the timing as we spent the whole time discussing and didn't have any at all to present.
The panel interview was quite interesting. Just try to have as much examples to their various scenario based behavioral questions. They didn't really ask anything technical. If you have been taking interviews for a while, you should be okay. I tried my best though and I hope it's enough for them. Grace wins still!
Wish everyone still having theirs all the best of luck.
kellymenz: First, I appreciate every comment and information shared in this group , I av been richly blessed. Just hope this may help to those who are still confused on how to take the OPT Watch a YouTube video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrdevAWwXe4
Please, do not be deceived, there is a right and a wrong answer. Those that answer right will move to the next phase. See you at the interview
The question format for the OPQ is different. Three options of equally good personality traits and you have to arrange them in order of most like you and least like you. Truth is, there's not really one correct order. I think the key is consistency and emphasis on the PWC core values.
