burping

Hadith By Tirmidhi, Ibn majah :

"one man was sitting with Prophet SAW and kept burping and burping, the Prophet SAW said "keep your burping away from us ,the ones who fill their stomachs the most in this duniya will suffer the most from hunger on the day of judgemnt"

but the Prophet stated it quite clear in that hadith. It's the gluttonous eating that's the problem. If you have a problem and it causes you to burp, I doubt Allah will punish you for something you can't control!
We all know that Allah's anger is on the person with a full stomach. And Prophet Muhammad said "Fill one third of your stomach with food, one-third with water, and one-third with air."

And if you look at the Prophet's life, sometimes he went days at a time without food because he was so poor.

So the lesson is, don't fill up your stomach when you eat. It's hard after we got so used to it but I'm sure if we try hard enough in the sake of Allah, we can lower our food/drink intake. We have brothers and sisters all over the world starving to death...so we are no better than they are.
IslamRe: Circumcision ) by eninn(op): 3:24pm On Aug 17, 2013
. Circumcision is one of the characteristics of the fitrah (the natural state of man), and it is one of the symbols of the Muslims, because it is narrated in al-Saheehayn that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: " The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: 'The (characteristics of) the fitrah are five: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, trimming the moustache, cutting the fingernails and plucking the armpit hairs.' "So he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) started with circumcision and said that it is one of the characteristics of the fitrah.

Circumcision as prescribed by Islam involves cutting the foreskin covering the glans of the ***** only. Those who flay the skin surrounding the ***** or flay the entire *****, as is done in some savage countries, and claim in their ignorance that this is the circumcision prescribed in Islam, this is nothing but something prescribed by the Shaytaan and made attractive to the ignorant, and it is a torment to the one who is circumcised. It goes against the Sunnah of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and the Islamic sharee'ah which is based on ease and which enjoins preservation of life.

It is haraam for a number of reasons, including the following:

1 - The Sunnah mentions cutting off the foreskin covering the glans of the ***** only.

2 - This is torture and mutilation, and the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade mutilation and torture of dumb beasts, committing outrages upon them or cutting off their limbs. It is more appropriate that tormenting the sons of Adam should be more forbidden, and a more serious sin.

3 - This is contrary to the humanity and kindness encouraged by the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) when he said, "Allaah has decreed humanity in all things."

4 - This may lead to disease or death of the one who is circumcised, and that is not permissible because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

"And do not throw yourselves into destruction"

[Al-Baqarah 2:195]

"And do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another)"

The occasion is Eid ul-Fitr which means 'festivity of breaking the fast'...

It is the celebration after the fast of the month of Ramadan... Ramadan is the month of the Quranic revelation, Muslims use this month to reconnect to the Quran and build a stronger relationship with Allah. This is achieved by fasting from food and s-exual activities with one's spouse during the daylight hours, refraining from foul and shameless language and actions, increased acts of charity to the less fortunate, reciting the word of God Etc...

We learn self restraint against our permitted human desires and hopefully would build stronger restraint against desires that are not permissible.

Basically making a stronger effort to be the best you can be and come out a better human being at the end... It is like a training course for the muslim... At the end of the course, we get our certificate and a feast.... We repeat the training course once every year..

During Eid celebration for Muslims
Differs from non-Muslim celebration

Not adultery - not drinking alcohol - not for committing sins
But

First thanks to God through the Eid prayer
Then
Wear the best clothes

Visit neighbors and friends and uphold the ties of kinship
Exchanging gifts
And enjoy the beautiful in public places
And enjoy the happy days
On this day, Muslims are encouraged to dress in their best clothes and attend a special Eid prayer at their neighborhood mosque. Before the prayer begins, Muslims make an alms payment (the Zakat al Fitr) Corner of the five pillars of Islam
Such as prayer and fasting
Take money from the rich and the poor are given
Thereby achieving social solidarity in Islam

Enjoy life
God guide you to Islam#!

Eid (Happy days) Mubarak......^_^

Ramadan Kareem

---

In the last 10 days of Ramadaan is the blessed night of Laylat al-Qadr (Night of Decree and Honour - sometimes incorrectly translated as 'Night of Power'), which every Muslim is encouraged to seek out because during this night the angels descend to earth with goodness, mercy and blessings. It is also well established that Laylat al-Qadr is an honoured night because it was the night on which the Qur'an was revealed.

"Verily, We have sent it (this Qur'an) down in the Night of Al Qadr. And what will make you know what the Night of Al Qadr is? The Night of Al Qadr is better than a thousand months (ie worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, ie 83 years and 4 months). Therein descend the angels and the Rooh [Jibreel (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees, (All that night), there is peace (and goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn "

(Qur'an - 97:1-5)

Waathilah ibn al-Asqa 'said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "The Scriptures of Ibraaheem (Abraham) were sent down on the first of the month of Ramadaan. The Tawraat (Torah) was sent down on the sixth of Ramadaan . The Injeel (Gospel) was sent down on the thirteenth of Ramadaan. The Zaboor (Pslams) was sent down on the eighteenth of Ramadaan, and the Qur'an was sent down on the twenty-fourth of Ramadaan. "

(Hadith - Ahmad and al-Tabaraani)

Abu Hurayrah said: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'There has come to you Ramadaan, a blessed month. Allah has made it obligatory on you to fast (this month). During it the gates of Paradise are opened and the gates of Hell are locked, and the devils are chained up. In it there is a night that is better than a thousand months, and whoever is deprived of its goodness is deprived indeed. '"

(Hadith - al-Nisaa'i)

162. Say (O Muhammad): "Verily, my Salat (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).___

It was the practice of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to strive during the last 10 days of Ramadaan like no other time, to spend the night in prayer, supplication and recitation of the Qur'an. He also used to wake his family up to do the same.
Abu Hurayrah said that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever stays up and prays on Laylat al-Qadr out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven."
(Hadith - Bukhari & Muslim)
Thus, the Muslim should make good use of the last 10 nights of Ramadaan and spend them in prayer and remembering Allah. We do not know for certain which night Laylat al-Qadr is, but the odd-numbered nights in the last 10 days are the most likely according to the hadith:

"Seek it in the odd nights of the last third of Ramadan."

(Hadith - Bukhari)

The night of the 27th of Ramadaan (ie the night before the fast of the day of the 27th of Ramadaan) has been narrated as being Laylat al-Qadr.

Somehow we have been deluded into thinking that women exhibiting their beauty in front of others and men encouraging this is warranted. Many large corporations protect their shareholders from losses while at the same time producing cosmetics, jewelry and clothing that do exactly the opposite for our ladies. Money and vain desires are the primary reasons for this type of exploitation in the world today.

It should be that we would be asking the question: 'Why are women exposed in public in a way that men do not even see them in the privacy of your home?' The problem today is that society is so far away from the basic concepts of moral and correct behavior that was originally ordained by the Almighty Lord of the Universe (Allah). As each year passes, we see more and more deviation away from the proper attire and behavior in public. Fashion designers, cosmetic companies and women's magazines make huge fortunes selling the poor beguiled women on the idea of presenting themselves as if on display in a market for others to stare at them and then decide how they 'rate.'

So actually, Islam has been preserving the correct and proper dress code, not only for ladies, but for men as well. In addition to defining the proper attire for the sexes, Islam also carefully instructs both men and women on how to behave toward each other. For instance the Qur'an tells us in surat An-Nur in verses 30 and 31 exactly how to act in the presence of the opposite sex: (Tell the believing men to LOWER THEIR GAZE...) And then (Tell the believing women to LOWER THEIR GAZE...)

So, immediately we understand that it is more than just the clothing that is desired. It is the proper respect and behavior of the two sexes toward each other at all times. Keep in mind that Islam is not just another religion. Islam (Total Surrender, Submission, Obedience, Sincerity and Peace with Allah) is for all people, in all places and in all times.

Things invalidate the fast:

A person who has sex with his wife during the day of Ramadhaan, his fast becomes null and void. On the other hand, he is required to expiate his sin either by freeing a slave, failing that he should observe fast for two consecutive months, failing that he must feed sixty poor people. Moreover, he has to follow the mentioned order of expiation in case of failing short of doing any of the three ways. This is the opinion of the majority of Muslim scholars.

This opinion is based on a narration reported by Al-Bukhaari and Muslim may Allaah have mercy upon them from Abu Hurayrah may Allaah be pleased with him: "A person came to the Apostle of Allaah ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) and said: 'O Messenger of Allaah! I am doomed'. The Prophet, sallallaahu Alayhi wa sallam, said: 'What has brought about your ruin?' The person said: 'I had a sexual enter course with my wife during the month of Ramadhaan (i.e. during the day)'. Upon this the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Can you find a slave to set him free? He said: 'No'. The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Can you observe fast for 2 consecutive months? He said: 'No'. The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Can you provide food for sixty poor people?" He said: 'No'. Abu Hurayrah may Allaah be pleased with him said: 'While we were sitting with the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) a large basket full of dates was produced to the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ). So, the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Where is the inquirer?" He said: 'Me'. The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "Take this and give it as charity".

This also means that if such a person is not able to pay the expiation, it is permissible for someone to pay on his behalf as long as the first accepts, and this will be sufficient. But, if such a person does not expiate by all means, it is still his duty until he can do so. Then, when he can pay the expiation, he should feed the sixty poor people. Also, one can do such an expiation in his own homeland and this is better, since transferring the expiation to another country is permissible. This ruling of transferring the expiation is in contrast with paying Zakaah, which should be paid in the country where a giver lives unless there is some benefit, such as poor relatives in dire need, or no need exists for it where the giver lives.

The immunity and serenity of woman:

A woman, who is not seen, motivates no greed towards herself. The security and peace of mind are the obvious effects of Islamic hijab. The human being feels more peace under the protection of a protector. The religious hijab is also the woman`s keeper against the indecent glance and probable damages which gives woman immunity and calmness. If this hijab becomes more complete, the percent of security and protection will be increased.

The health and beauty:

The Islamic hijab is the manifestation of the spiritual beauties of woman. Undoubtedly, the religious hijab insures the woman against many calamities and illnesses, and make firm her freshness and beauty. The difficulty of hijab is the insurance premium which the woman pays for the maintenance of her calmness and health, because hijab is a veil which prevents the entrance of the shots of glance, vain words and the other problem towards her safe environment. A woman who has no hijab is vulnerable. When the woman comes out from her religious hijab, lots of calamities destroy her health. Hijab keeps woman more durable, healthful and cleaner.

Allah praised the month of Ramadan out of the other months by choosing it to send down the Glorious Qur'an, just as He did for all of the Divine Books He revealed to the Prophets. Imam Ahmad reported Wathilah bin Al-Asqa` that Allah's Messenger said: (The Suhuf (Pages) of Ibrahim were revealed during the first night of Ramadan. The Torah was revealed during the sixth night of Ramadan. The Injil was revealed during the thirteenth night of Ramadan. Allah revealed the Qur'an on the twenty-fourth night of Ramadan.)

Allah said: (...a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong).)

Here Allah praised the Qur'an, which He revealed as guidance for the hearts of those who believe in it and adhere to its commands. Allah said: (and clear proofs) meaning, as clear and unambiguous signs and unequivocal proof for those who understand them. These proofs testify to the truth of the Qur'an, its guidance, the opposite of misguidance, and how it guides to the straight path, the opposite of the wrong path, and the distinction between the truth and falsehood, and the permissible and the prohibited.

Unfortunately, in economics, women mostly figured as homemakers, sex objects, baby makers and child care specialists. In most cultures in most centuries this was enough trouble for any gender. The only option outside the home, for most women, was prostitution, which most members were forced into by poverty and the unavailability of debt slavery. Most White folks in ancient times were slaves because they were prisoners of war, or debt slaves. On the other hand, most slaves also served as sex objects to their masters and mistresses lusts, and even to the lusts of higher ranking slaves. This was about power, not passion ... or perhaps the passion for power.

The People of the Scripture used to continue fasting until midnight or close to it, and did not break the fast before the stars intermingled in the sky. Sometimes, they continued fasting night and day. However, our Sharee’ah brought about ease, by encouraging us to hasten to break the fast at sunset and delay Suhoor until shortly before dawn, and forbidding continuous fasting. According to an authentic Hadeeth: "The people will continue to prosper as long as they hasten to break the fast and delay Suhoor." And: "The meal of Suhoor is the separating limit between us and the People of the Scripture

- Upper class women of Muhammad's society had been wearing veils for hundreds of years before he imposed it. It was a sign of class and respect, as opposed to the heathen commoners who wore open robes or went topless (much easier to nurse in). I WILL give him credit that originally (in cultural context), the wearing of the veil truly was liberating for women, because it protected their identity and made men doubt their lower class status in public, which protected them from harassment.

Circumcision is prescribed for both males and females. The correct view is that circumcision is obligatory for males and that it is one of the symbols of Islam, and that circumcision of women is mustahabb but not obligatory.
(222), Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves. "
The issue here
That there are some women and girls

They have a large clitoris and slightly high

In that case requires circumcision
By a very small
There are reports in the Sunnah which indicate that circumcision for women is prescribed in Islam. In Madeenah there was a woman who circumcised women and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to her: “Do not go to the extreme in cutting; that is better for the woman and more liked by the husband.” Narrated by Abu Dawood (5271), classed as saheeh by Shaykh al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood.

Female circumcision has not been prescribed for no reason, rather there is wisdom behind it and it brings many benefits.

Mentioning some of these benefits

The secretions of the labia minora accumulate in uncircumcised women and turn rancid, so they develop an unpleasant odour which may lead to infections of the vagina or urethra. I have seen many cases of sickness caused by the lack of circumcision.

Circumcision reduces excessive sensitivity of the clitoris which may cause it to increase in size to 3 centimeters when aroused, which is very annoying to the husband, especially at the time of intercourse.

Another benefit of circumcision is that it prevents stimulation of the clitoris which makes it grow large in such a manner that it causes pain.

Circumcision prevents spasms of the clitoris which are a kind of inflammation.

Circumcision reduces excessive sexual desire.

in the case of Pharaonic circumcision which is where the clitoris is excised completely. This does in fact lead to frigidity but it is contrary to the kind of circumcision enjoined by the Prophet of mercy (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) when he said: “Do not destroy” i.e., do not uproot or excise. This alone is evidence that speaks for itself, because medicine at that time knew very little about this sensitive organ (the clitoris) and its nerves.

we sneeze because Allaah has decreed so for our benefit. Sneezing is one of the natural sensations Allaah has granted us to get rid of the harmful secretions, or to clear the air passage (respiratory cavity) as physicians confirm. Regarding the Prophetic guidance on sneezing,

If a non-Muslim sneezes, it is permissible for a Muslim to tell him: "May Allaah guide you and rectify your affairs." The evidence about this is that Imaam At-Tirmithi may Allaah have mercy upon him reported that the Jews used to sneeze in front of the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) expecting him to tell them:

"May Allaah have mercy on you", but the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) used to tell them: "May Allaah guide you and rectify your affairs." However, if you are the one who sneezes and says 'Al-Hamdu Lillaah' and then a non-Muslim tells you: "May Allaah have mercy on you", then we do not see any harm to respond to him saying: "May Allaah guide you and rectify your affairs." In reality, you are supplicating to Allaah to guide him, and it is permissible to supplicate to Allaah to guide non-Muslims.

It is confirmed that the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) supplicated for the tribe of Daws saying: "O Allaah! Guide the tribe of Daws." He also supplicated for the tribe of Thaqeef as he sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "O Allaah! Guide the tribe of Thaqeef." [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim], and these two tribes were not Muslims at that time.

We have explained that every makrooh action is attributed to the Shaytaan in Islam because he is the means behind it, and every good action is attributed to the angel in Islam because he is the means behind it. Yawning is caused by a full stomach and leads to laziness, and that is by the means of the Shaytaan, whereas sneezing is caused by lack of food, and leads to energy, and that is by the means of the angel.

Yawning is attributed to the Shaytaan because it calls to desires, as it is caused by heaviness of the body and lassitude and fullness. What is means is: beware of the causes that lead to that, which is eating too much.

The phrase “if one of you feels the urge to yawn, let him suppress it as much as he can” means: let him try to stop it. It does not mean that he will be able to stop it, because what happens cannot be reversed, and it was said that what is meant by “if he feels the urge to yawn” is if he wants to yawn…

Indiana University researchers Debby Herbenick and Vanessa Schick found in a recent study that nearly 60 percent of American women between 18 and 24 are sometimes or always completely bare down there, while almost half of women in the U.S. between 25 and 29 reported similar habits. Herbenick's numbers show a clear-cut trend: More women lack pubic hair than ever before.

Pubic hair grooming has become increasingly common, virtually ubiquitous, in recent decades, the report published in the journal Urology notes. Surveys suggest that between 70 percent and 88 percent of young women in the U.S. partially or fully remove their pubic hair, the study said. Among men, and straight, the estimates ranged between 58 percent and 78 percent.

From here, we clearly see the mercy of Allah and His Messenger for People
A New Study

The new study says that Male circumcision decrease the opportunity of the infection by the disease of immunodeficiency (AIDS). Officially United Nations agrees to facilitate Male circumcision in African countries. As UNAIDS declared that Male circumcision is an important step in fighting with AIDS. YOB LANG as an AIDS expert in the medical center of Amsterdam agrees on that opinion.

He says: (there is a lack of prevention from AIDS, every year there are new 4 million infections , we know that condom has an efficiency , but it is not used and is not available and we have to apply all available techniques to reduce the infection by AIDS . Male circumcision reduces the danger of transferring the disease from women to men by 50 to 60 % this is a high percentage.)

In Africa there are 25 million person infected by AIDS from total of 40 million in the entire world. Infection spreads in Africa through sexual relations between man and woman, World health organization and the UNAIDS are expecting reduction of the infection by AIDS because of Male circumcision during the next 20 years by 6 million infection.

There is no evidence that women are less exposed to the disease when they practice a sexual relation with a circumcised man, but there are continuous studies concerning that issue. There is a summarized study which illustrate that AIDS transition ratio from men to women will be deceased. But effect of that could be limited in comparison with the disease transition from women to men. We need to use women techniques which are unknown by men.

But it would be so dangerous if circumcised men decided not to use condom especially in African countries where Rape is common. Edification is so important. If circumcised men will not use condom, reversed results may occur as Circumcision don't offer full protection. And infection by AIDS may increase. United Nations confirms on the linking between the success of Circumcision and dissemination of sexual knowledge to fight AIDS.

In general circumcised men represent 30 % of men in the world. And that is due to religious reasons for Jews, Muslims and in some cases for protective reasons.
