I once spent valentines day wit a girl called Valentina
over and over I told her that i love her
I looked into her eyes, it was smiling at me

we walked hand in hand by the river,
when the nite became chiller, i drew her closer
I took home when she began to shiver

She told me of her father
and i told her of my mother
she has a brother
and i have a sister,

There and then i decided to have her forever and ever

its lyk a strong tape stuck on my cape

I wanted to say sometin nice

so i stood by
starin at whatever came by 
but it was u i saw, in my mind eye
was I shy, I wont say it was a lie

You almost left without sayin bye 
but I not bein one to let an opportunity pass me by 
caught you in that bus and decided to sit nearby 
wondering y my brain had been mashed up lyk a meat pie 
so, I asked you a stupid question 
'cos it was the wisest in my selection 
Then I alighted, and looked back at you,   
you said BYE
wit a sigh I said to the world 'she's charmed me wit a HI spiced wit a SMILE
