The use of co-working spaces is on the rise since 2020. It means many are opting to work from a professional space but avoid the overheads and are more willing to network and collaborate with like minds. companies are now choosing to work from agile

coworking space offers business spaces for rent which is cost-effective than holding an actual office space.

A friend of mine opted for an office plan somewhere in Onikan and wont allow me breathe. he went on to tell me how flexible it was to work and make payments as you go. Virtual offices, hourly use of boardrooms and work station - bla bla bla

There are lots of advantages using a co-working space, i know but na Workbay own i need to go and google

Is a cliche.....a general mentality....
Many people feel once their partners can't say it then they don't love them..
I used to have this similar problem with my girlfriend, she hardly said those words..."I love you"
But she always showed she cared and loved me with her actions...
Then I stopped to think, my past relationships were I got "I love you" a lot didn't last as long as this one has, I didn't get as much love as I'm getting now....
THe phrase "I love you" has been said to be the biggest lie in too many relationships..
Altho everyone needs assurance, everyone needs to be told how important they are to their partners...
So if your partner doesnt use the word I love you, they should replace it with other phrases..
Such as I need you....I'm glad u r mine, I trust you, I adore you....or simple compliments like you are beautiful.....anything that could just keep ur partner in the know..

Since u don't have a definition for Love like I thought u wudnt then there is no point going for it.

Go for building a family,making u and ur parner last forever. Solving the problems along d way. Loyalty,sincerity,understanding,selflessness,responsibility are words that are not as complex as Love.

What love is to me may not be what it means to. For some men, love is making out, having sex. For some, it is just a feeling. For others, it's a responsibility, a commitment etc

Love isn't the ultimate....sometimes bestfriends last longer than spouses simply because they have the above mentioned .....
Love without money is suffering
Love without trust or faithfullness is utter lust!

I might agree with all this. But I want to ask a question. When one is in a relationship with guy and he gives all of the above as an excuse not to say they love you. What Ðo would you say to that?

This Ís one question I keep asking myself.
Please help me out: Is love enough to keep a marriage or relationship? Is love enough even when the cash isn't there? Is love enough when your man has a side chick? Is loving a man enough reason to condone his man's excesses?
Is love, all that is required? Is love the ultimate?

Music fuels a lot of event. It fuels love, hate, violence, values, health etc.

The true essence of every music should be to pass a message but in recent times a musician can decide to sing a song,dissect words into syllables, until they loose their meanings.

Music in itself is love. Music takes you, where love takes you. Romance is just an act. Love is all.

Fatherhood is taxing and many young fathers have lost out on it. But today, I celebrate a real father, my father.

I remember the day I lost my mum, I was just 9 years old, it felt like I was in a trance and would wake up soon but it's been 15 years now and I never really felt her absence (probably cause I quite young). He was mother and father, all in one. he was there through it all.

We were his priority, me and my siblings. He never allowed any other woman take our place. our education was his first port of call.

I am not saying that you should be like my father but I appeal with young men, daddies-to-be, to show love to their children and preserve family values.

Let your children feel your absence, your presence, your life(and be able to imitate you). Live for yourself and for your family.

I love my father.
If you have an amiable dad, celebrate him..
