I don't know what the "Petroleum Engineering" program did to Shell, it seems they just hate that course with passion. The subsurface and wells department are probably been filled with graduates of other courses.

Got an offer from Oando as a trainee but am presently practicing as an engineer with an Oil servicing firm. the truth is that am actually enjoying my present job though the pay aint worth it.
So I need some suggestions on what to do. Any hint on Oando's entry level take home pay would be welcome.
I would also want to know the career opportunities offered by Oando or any details that would be of help to me.

I work in the industry too and it is not looking good at the moment. My company is doing better than the completion mainly because the bulk of our clients are based in the Middle East where production costs are lower and investments are still being made (at a reduced level). Even so, they are laying off some admin staff.

If you graduate in theatre arts or any other unrelated course, what course do you need to do in your postgraduate programme to qualify for a banking job, or are there any alternative training certifications needed to be able to apply for a bank job.

You don't need to do any postgraduate course.
Banks are flexing in their recruitment process

You can study yoruba, and Igbo and work in a bank.

Just make sure you fall within the recruitment needed (age and grade-wise), and you are good to go.
