The recruitment is for entry level (business/engineering inclined graduates as posted in the advert). It is to infuse new/young brains and energy into the system (reason it came with some stringent requirements) and of course boost organization's productivity.

The use of accelerate. The Graduate accelerated Programme is more like a fast-tracked GT programme. In an IOC like shell, it takes 2-5yrs to complete GT training depending on the job role, some oil firms GT programme takes 3years. So Oando is simply saying we will fast track your training (commit more resources into it) such that the duration will be 18 months.

The recruitment is for both upstream and downstream.

The gross pay is 5million+, d person I asked didn't give the exact.

Only Oando HR can answer when the recruitment process will be concluded.

About the salary, @jarus posted in the 2012 recruitment that the annual pay was 3.5 million

So the pay should be more by now or still same thing by now.

Cos it was stated on the invite mail those successful from the two online tests will be invited for Onsite test on 21st.

Someone people are already in the on site test which holds on the 21st. So I believe you guys will be rushed so that you guys can all do the online test together..

So you will likely get feedback before the end of this week for the 20mins test

It was sent 7 mins pass 12am this morning

The test is in the 21st of this month

A common attribute of workforce interview is Presentation. You would be called out to speak to everyone in the hall about a particular topic.

That's how they screen people.

Also it is a marketing job. And the pay should be between 45-60k depending on the institution that need you guys.


These is how it will go step by step
When you get to workforce, you guys will be asked to seat at a particular room after which you all that came for the same role will then be moved to where you will conduct your interview.

Your credentials will be reviewed, after that you guys will come up one after the other to describe yourself. After doing that you will then do the interview, which takes less than 5 mins...

If you were successful, you will then be invited for the next stage

Note: you will be told the salary that day and the company that need you guys. That should be all

Just give the test your best

But those taking the test now are likely to do more better, because they have seen most of thee questions if not all

let them do 10 online test, if they for other 4 traveling to a particular place for screening or interview then its unfair.

understand what I am saying, the country is hard, they can go on to 10 screening process if the best is what they want to have, but allowing people "go and come" several times, risking the journey and spending money. haba malam
