for factory reset, click on setting, back up and reset then factory data reset

My hot2 tells me to insert sd card before using camera,despite having 16 gb rom, it does not show internal memory in d storage settings, and photos is not showing my pictures even Google play music is not loading my songs..only vlc does...Pls help
