yea, bt you challenges like what you eat. as a student, you cannot do without eba, rice, spaghetti and junks which is a minus to your effort.

When eating these things becomes inevitable then you have to cut low to the bearest minimum

The problem with working out in naija is the food. Dieting is really costly in this parts but mans gotta still try. I make do with shockabsorber for a van,... Its heavy but its mainly improvised stuff

The guy in white is better, he work on his chest more, while the guy in strips worked more on his arms and shoulder; that made him look wide and concealed the gain on his chest.

But then again the guy in white have the advantage of being taller. The guy in strips should work more on his chest, the biceps are bigger than the rest of the body.

By the way I plan on lifting too very soon, which routine do you guys follow, plus is your weight manufacture manually or u got it form the market and lastly at what price did you guys got it?

I gym atleast once a week sundays mostly.
I made sure my gym is far from my place so i jog to the place in the mornings say by 5Am. It takes Me an hour of contineous jogging to get to the gym.

I started on locally constructed irons (the dum Bell) Before i grew fitter for the gym..

Did i mention i do press ups about 200 each Day... 100 in the morning 50:50 and a repeat in the eve

The guy with the stripped shirt of course(shorter guy). He has a more matured muscle development and i can even see his abs from his shirt(meaning low body-fat percentage). His pecs are more pronounced. Muscle wise, the shorter guy nailed it.
The white guy should shed some bodyfat to look leaner and meaner.

It happened that on that day as usual i had no gf and i was left with no other option than to love my self i thought of the Best possible way to do so, and i concluded that i can love my self Best in taking care of my body and size...
