Chibenze: yes but no on "unless he has won before" this rule is not a good one it will discourage those that has won from predicting other games, because some will predict dsame thing wit d past winner hoping to win because he has not won before, dats to bad, why not follow a first post rule (first to predict the right score wins) thus giving everyone equal right to win (probability).
