This.case as.thought me that, even if u have all evidence , if u cannot present it in line with the Constitution, it will be strike out, just look at the judgement at which the INEC siut and that of the PDP on army involvement was strike out....it's a fair judgement ...Alps look at the fair hearing given to the PDP to bring up the case of qualification in the PETP , where the respondent(APC) has argur that it's a pre-election matter...the judge strike that of the APC out...I accept whatever the judgement is even if my choice ATIKU lose , it only shows that his petitionals councels fails to look deep into real issue and should he wins, I will celebrate till I collapse!!!..
