The issue is that northerners are only employeable in federal parastatals but in a private firm they can't meet the standard mostly the core north... When u go to NNPC they dominates because of federal govt. padi padi. But when u go to private companies like, chevron, shell, Ceplat... U will hardly find a northerner, becaude employment here are mostly base on merit. Go to banks in the souths , u hardly find a northerner , and go to banks in the north, u still find Southerners , that is why this man is worried. The northern leaders r to blame, despite the educated less develop opportunity given to them, they still find it hard to go to school, check jamb enrolment in north and south, most of those even employed by govt. like in the NNPC donnot meet criterials but just to.make it federal and private firm will not do that...Emir Sanusi L Sanusi has said it , that their leaders should do something about it, but people like this man are just beating around the bush having known the real issue.
