Nigerian dark skin female models tend to make the mistake of using the skin care routine of light skin female model on their own skin, not knowing for every skin type there are different skin care routines to them.

1- drink water, yes drinking a lot of water everyday helps the skin

2- sleep well, have enough sleep

3- use sunscreen cream of SPH 30 and above, yes the dark melanin skin can absorb the sun rays but too much of it can as well damage dark skins too, giving uneven dark skin tones.
