The first post on the thread concerns how much i have received so far.

From the post u can see that the amount raised so far is "Awesome", i got to be positive at all times n hope for the best no matter what.
You guys are the best and i believe u can still do better than this. Therefore i'm making a fresh plea again to nairalanders and any1 reading this right now to please HELP by donating any amount u can in order for me to meet the target amount of N3m required to carry out the procedure on me in India. I'm sorry for that, i too have been having some issues lately. Cud u believe dat i'm unable to open the health section of nairaland with my laptop reason i took my topic to the family section in the first place. Secondly i'm unable to logout of nairaland from my laptop for the past three days now, each time i try it will be telling me 'page could not be loaded'. So in order to open the update thread that i promised i had to made do with my phone and due to the type of i'm using i cant give u a screen shot.

So what u will do is wen u click on the alert link, click save and the download is complete which will take about a second, check the folder u downloaded it to and click to open it, as simple as dat.

So any1 who is unble to open the alert link shud follow the step above. Thank you.

Here is the last SMS Alert i got from my Fidelity account. Yet to receive alert from Keystone Bank. My initial balance was N1,236. When you do the maths you will knw hw much has been raised so far.

Thanks for your concern. We'll need to hear from the op. He did state in the thread he created that he'll be needing around 3 million naira for the surgery and treatment and considering the fact that he lost his job and this appeal thread is fairly new, I don't know if he has saved much. Still it will be better to hear from him.

Soon i will be opening another thread detailing the progress i am making in real time from how much i have been able to raise (with screen shot showing bank statement), my meeting with the Doctor that is linking me up with the Doctor that would carry out the graft on me in India, when I'm making my traveling arrangement, when i take-off from Nigeria, to the time of my admission in India and when the procedure has been carried out successfully till when i'm back in the country. Stay connected, it's gonna be a "reality thread" sort of, the type obtainable in reality shows and offcourse with pictures as backups trust me.

Now EppPliss, the detail of your referral needs to be sorted out.
We need a proper referral from Dr David in Port Harcourt to the hospital in India. Which hospital is he referring you to? and to which consultant?
In short there's still a long way to go, but patience is virtue.
The hospital in Port harcourt/ Dr David needs to officially contact the consultant in India, they have to officially write the costs and breakdown of the procedure they plan to do.
I don't know how things work here, if TEHN has to get involved but I believe they should for accountability.
