FOUR SECRETS TO LAUNCHING YOUR IDEAS EASILY! Starting a new Venture, implementing an idea is by far one of the scariest things to many, trust me i know! As creative individuals, we are constantly buzzing with ideas, our minds are like a clock with a powerful battery, coming up with ideas almost at the speed of light. These ideas get us bumped up, excited, giddy with joy, but the moment it’s time to implement, that joy fades into fear, that fire dims, doubt kicks in, then we fall into the temptation of trying to perfect the idea instead of planning to execute. Here are a few simple steps to Launch Effortlessly. 1. Check your Passion. If it's not something you are passionate about, then starting becomes an issue, or after you start, been consistent becomes a chore. Ask yourself, am i really passionate about this idea? If the answer is yes, then let's get the ball rolling! 2. Write down the Vision, Just like the bible says, Write the vision, make it plain, so that whoever sees it can run with it. This include writing out the vision for the idea and also short term goals you desire to achieve while on the idea, 3 month goals, 6 month goals etcetera. This helps you set out intentionally and focused on your goals. 3. Carry out a Personal SWOT Analysis In the achievement of this plan, what are your strengths and shortfalls? Is there a skill gap? How do you desire to fill it? Do you need to take a training course? Do you need to get a technical or accountability partner? Should you hire a coach or just outsource a part of the responsibility? Be realistic and make the tough choices. 4. Test Launch This is starting out but staying safe, try out the idea, create an effective feedback system, accept feedback and then relaunch. Ideas are meant to be birthed, Start Now! Oyin Adekogbe, Founder Jedi & Co

Now the question is "Is our certificate irrelevant" ? Of course, NO! But the truth is, our certificate does not do the work even been employed but our creativity..ingenuity comes when we task ourmental faculties through imagination when faced with problem ..There is the unique selling point 'creativity' on the inside its only when we are able to solve a problem from our creativity we can really prove our education...Problem solving is the hallmark of our educated mind...
