Jobs/VacanciesA Brief Exposition To A Seldom Aspect Of Labor Law by Eracy007(op): 11:43pm On Mar 07, 2022
It is worthy to know that employers and employees owe one another duties and they both enjoy certain rights. These duties and rights is the sole aim of the Nigerian Labour Law which is that aspect of law that deals with employer and employee relationship.
Over the years, Nigeria has had a persistent rise in the amount of work place segregation (gender based) and a rise in the level of abuse of young people who in their quest to source for credible means of livelihood amidst the bastardized economy are abused and are made to do jobs that are illegal and somewhat not right for their age class.
An estimated 80 million Nigerians make up the national labour force, interestingly, in 2020, 44.82% of the labour force in Nigeria were women while young persons with the age proportion of 16-24 within the labour force in 2019 was 18.4%. This stat proves that young individuals and most importantly, women take a large pool in the Nigerian labour force.
Hence, in a society that regards women and young people as being fragile, it is necessary to discuss what the law has to say about their working conditions and the Nigerian Labour Act has spelt out conditions to engage this category of people as will be discussed in this article.

Our cities would look better without the road side markets.
FamilyRe: Sex by Eracy007(op): 6:00pm On Dec 30, 2020
The subtle point is; humans pretend to shy away from having active sex lives, our society also counts it a taboo to have a sex live, something that is not attainable.
Therefore, instead of shying away from having an active sex life, own it with your full chest wink and learn to do it the right way.

I can't help but notice how we try to render sexual dubiousness.
It nothing to be disgraceful about! It's comes cheap these days, why not learn to do it the right way.
Sexual corruption should be considered a cliché already.
The thing is; I grew up a "Church boy" and then, associating with the other gender was considered to be wrong.
My older brothers schooled me through PROPER association with girls (something I would love to teach my Children)
Who gives a Bleep anyway.

You think the original Bible was written in Papers or even had verses or chapters? Technology brought about change. Wake up from your self righteousness bro.
its not self righteousness @ all. I just feel its been misused because people now take the oppurtunity to operate thier phones in church.

This act has now graduated into a state of emergency. I was attending fellowship one day when a guy stood up to read the Bible from his phone, as if that was not enough, a call came in and he asked to be excused to receive the call. What do we think of these acts? Should it be encouraged or abolished?
