Give it to a tech guy to remove dust from the motherboard and apply 'paste' on the processor... or probably change processor/cooling fan.

Some keys refuse to respond when touched...... remove keyboard and dust it, then put it back. If symptoms persist, consult a qualified tech person.

Faulty keyboard can prevent your computer from booting ie makes it hang ..... remove keyboard and dust it, then put it back. Problem not solved? Replace it!

Don't eat over your laptop. Your keyboard hates food particles and liquids.

You may also see "plugged in, not charging".... either your battery or adapter (charger) is bad .

Your laptop may refuse to charge the battery beyond a particular point (percentage)....... bad battery or charging "chip" (motherboard issue)
