Yeah, i think this acceptance fee is just a scam to defraud students. As in the case of UNIBEN, the rumour is that part of the acceptance fee was what the School Administration used in paying all those staff that came in through back door employment like G.A's and non-academic staffs and stuffs like that. It is just a plain way of milking student dry!!
