So it is a fact SUREP doesn't pay training allowance? Just asking! Since December! Some people even earlier

There'll be a passing out seminar and a certificate will be issued. The intern will have one year experience under his belt

My friend was unable to access his mail for a while and in that period an evaluation form was sent to his mail by surep. Now, the mail is expired and he's yet unmatched. He is at loss for what to do. Can someone lend a kind word of advice please?

All those fighting Forcecom has succeeded, but the bad news is that their wont be any stipends for you henceforth for you. you will have to wait till when SURE P gets you another employer which will take decades. una no won use una brain.

I told them so. It is not even encouraging that so many interns (graduates of high potentials and endowments) absorbed by forcecom since August have stayed idle waiting on forcecom. The truth is that one ought to engage in some enterprise no matter how menial or small. I personal know I've not been idle. If there never was a GIS scheme, I'd still make it big time!

I have a friend in Bayelsa who is about to move to Lagos that registered for the GIS but till date has not been matched. I am hoping you can help him get at least an invite to a job fair in Lagos. We've already changed his details in the GIS website so that he can be matched to a firm here in Lagos.

allowances are a bit slow at present. But you certificate should have been issued immediately. Relax though. I have it on good authority u'll be fine withing a week or so

My broda, the msg is exit program & it was stated clearly that am about to be tru with d sure-p. Whereas i just received a mnth alawi. In my profile, have been hired since may 25th but never heard from them since untill recently when they asked me to 4ward my acct to process my payment. What do you think is going on.

you should have gone for the training and explain yourself. I have found that the best way to get attention is face to face. Surep hardly acts on mails they are sent

We are done reporting forcecom. Now forcecom is to be reported by an assistant director of finance cum gis! Interns were told not to bother that they'll be posted to firms asap. The man was so furious he literally had a battle of words with mr Paul Okafor when the latter come to the training centre to allegedly distribute forms for mobile money. Paul was walked out of the centre. From the look of things, surep intern may need just another huge dose of patience as we seem to be back in a quagmire. HOWEVER the ministry of finance has directed UBA to invalidate the contract interns signed with regards to 7500 training deductions....

I just received a month stipend (nov) & d next sms was to come for exit training when my timesheet just read two months & payment made for a month.

I hope u read the message well because many of us receive message for Orientation and employability training.

Hello fellas...compliments!...I received a mail from sure-p GIS of invitation to orientation and employability skills blah blah which I believe some of us can second to but I noticed to different venues for interns in lagos..the venue on the email contradicts that of the sms. That of email reads-NUT Pavilion located at  Plot 5, Block B, Nerdc road Cbd beside Tisco Plaza Alausa
 and that of sms reads-NECA house alausa ikeja (which am very familiar with). So who can help us on this?

To be frank Sure P is politically hijacked, could you imagine after the registration of applicant, they would send you a confirmation e-mail to reply but after that someone will not hear from SURE P again. This is one thing I complain about GEJ government. He relaxes there at the top thinking that what he delegated our delivered not caring to ask the common man how they fill. I applied for the sure P and they sent me an e-mail

I submitted on 1st Nov,2014 and all this while was expecting a reply from sure P, but suddenly heard that they had conducted the fair for Port Harcourt candidate. Please someone should assist me where have I gone wrong. Is the programme genuine because I am speechless.
