One of the major problem we have in Nigeria is the NPF. They don't respond to people anymore unless you pay them. All they know how to do now is to collect money from both the complainant and the suspect. I don't even understand why they carry guns anymore because I can't see what they use it for than to threaten the innocent citizens and yahoo boys.
