the fact that this woman knew that you were at work and yet, expects you to ALWAYS answer her calls is a little worrying.
if she doesnt understand that your work is more important than the silly question (that surely could wait) that she was trying to ask you then maybe its all better this way.

the fact that she has decided to never call you back, not knowing why you didnt answer the phone, is another reason to get away from such tantrum lady.

funny how this woman will try to blame YOU for burning her credit AND standing foolishly under the rain.LOL!!!!
 
here is the email/sms reply i would have sent her: I am very sorry that i  couldnt take your call while in a meeting with my boss. i was about to call you back BUT since you feel so strongly about the fact that your question is more important  than my job then i will respect that and never contact you again!

the simple thing to do would have been for her to make ONE phone call then leave a msg saying:"call me back asap urgent!" et voila!!!

if you aint ready to accept the possibilities of defeat then never go to war!

you are shy, the gal is shy, someone has to make the first step.
try to be her friend first in order to get to know her better, to help her relax around you so that you can have a better idea of her "intentions/attraction" (if any). dont put the carriage before the horses.

all the points you made are simply that of a shy gal, if she was indeed interested in you then these are definitely not the signs to confirm it.
as for replying AMEN to PRAISE THE LORD, i am wondering what you'd expect an uninterested gal to reply?!
