I agree with you.
Albino is a result of the lack of Melanin Pigmentation.White people are merely mutated inbred albinos. No "White person" cannot never produce any of the "races" in this Universe. Its a Scientific Law of Genetics. Rooted in Western Science from Mendel law. That No Recessive gene cannot never produce any Dominant Gene. Dark Eyes and Hair. They Cannot produce a Black child. But an African,Nubian (Black) Couple can produce a White person. This is not racist. these are The Truth and Facts. To counter the Malicious Lies of Racism Itself.

leukoderma is a chronic skin condition that causes loss of pigment, resulting in irregular pale patches of skin. The precise cause of vitiligo is complex and not fully understood. There is some evidence suggesting it is caused by a combination of auto-immune, genetic, and environmental factors.

And you people were saying that Michael Jackson was bleaching his skin. Make una leave my Michael alone o. See the explanation here.
I already knew this by the way.

tpia:

the question here is how did black people become black.

can we try to stay on track if possible.

Most people are aware of the hypothesis making the rounds among Afrocentric circles, that white people originated from African albinos. That's highly questionable and controversial, although if its a response to racist conjecture about blacks being next to monkeys on the evolutionary ladder, then both extremist sides should fight it out.

I think the gene mutation that causes albinoism is also responsible for the mutation that encouraged the lack of melanin production in varying levels of skin. The issue of White people being inbred albinos is not taking into account the intermediaries inbetween black and white.

one thing people are ignoring is reddish skin and sometimes red hair.

People with these characteristics are found in most races except maybe the Chinese/Asians.

The red hair could be a prototype predating both black and white skin.

just guessing.

Someone with that tint/gene may be more likely to produce an albino, in some instances. However, they often have children with normal color.

~Lady~:

Why is the question "how did black people become black?'
why not" how did non-black people become non-black?'

why do we tend to portray the black man as inferior or a curse?

The person who started this thread want to portray the Black man as inferior or want to imply that melanin is a curse. There is a lot of scientifics informations about melanin, and I dont understand why talking about melanin is considered as Afrocentrist Propaganda by some persons on this forum.Melanin is a natural chemical in the body.Black people were created Black, with melanin it is as simple as that. The Black man is Black since the begining.Melanin is Millions of years old. Some people have more Melanin than others. The amount of Melanin in a persons body determines the rate of damage the Ultra Violet Rays of the sun can cause. The higher percentage of Melanin in a person's body the less they will be affected by the Ultra Violet Rays. Melanin produces Brown to Black eyes,Skin tone and wooly kingly hair that looks like the tops of trees when flying over them. Hummm! The people who are Melanin recessive beings have a deficiency which produces Lighter skin, Lighter eyes, and  blonde hair. Melanin acts as a filter to prevent damage of the delicate deeper layers of skin, by the penetration of Ultra Violet light.
That dosen't sound like a curse to be dark skinned, DO IT? Actually it sounds more like a protective gift from Mother Nature to protect you against the deadly Ultra Violet Rays of the sun.

Horus. I am the one who started this thread and reason I was inquiring was to actually aprak a debet on the question far from what you are thinking as far as inferior or superior races are concerned. I don't have that hang up and infact never did. Was just curious for tangilble knowledge to explain variatons in skin colors. If you read the beginning post you will see how I try to debunk suggestions of a bibilical curse theory.

I don't understand when you say "Black people were created black". The word created would suggest there were no prototype humans that existed before the emergence of black skin. The only way that would be possible is if Adam and eve were black.

Melanin is reponsible of the things you mention above and lack of there of also consitutes the reasons for variations in skin tone. Thats all.
Re: How Did Black People Become Black? by Horus(m): 3:46pm On Nov 21, 2008
@morpheus24.  When you say How did Black People Become Black, this is misleading because you are implying that their color changed, you are implying that Blacks are not part of the original creation and that they Became or get transformed in Black, from what?,or which color?.Remember, whites cannot reproduce anything else but themselves. They cannot reproduce genetic material they don’t have, melanin. Therefore, they cannot reproduce us, but we can reproduce them.

whites do have melanin. Blacks just produce more melanin than whites, thats all. And whites have freckles, which consist of melanin clusters. Liver spots on elderly whites are also melanin.

Albinos have a melanin deficiency, and thats what makes them different even when they're not black.
Yes whites do have melanin too,but not enought melanin to produce a Dark skinned African Black children,so still no answer to the question.

All African people must now realise that the Caucasian races have played a trick within the definitions of the races. Black and white are not actual colours. You will know this as when you see a rainbow you do not find the colour black or white in the rainbow. Black and white are absolutes they exist in all colours. You are not really black but rather brown or very dark brown. The Caucasian is not white but rather a very pale pink brown. They gave themselves the white definition to align themselves with light and in religion its says that first god made light and that prophets where white robes etc. This is all to make other races see them as saviours and many Africans still believe this even today.

as we shed most of our hair we exposed ourselves to the uv rays of the sun and potential sunburns. melanin to protect our skin. the more exposeure the skin had to the sun the darker the skin became, the less exposure the skin had the lighter it became. the same goes for eye color. hair color/thickness/texture is long debated though sunlight and diet played major roles in it. (diet played a role in inuets and skin color). many evolutionary models show that humanoids had skin that was a light brown color when we first began to shed. that we became darker as a whole then some began to lighten again.

The Bible account is the most accurate. Evolution is very stupid. If you believe in the Big Bang Theory then tell me how did whatever banged or exploded came to be? Who or what made it? You are the one that is extremely delusional. What is your degree? Don't put yourself in the same boat as Darwin who was a God hater and an occultist. Evolution is as unscientific as saying the world is flat. And you know it. Everything in evolution is speculation. Nothing was ever proved. Every single date start with "about" billions of years ago. Who was around then? And they kept changing the dates. Whether you like it or not evolution is a religion and everything in it is claimed by faith. All findings point to a common designer. Without similarities in the DNAs of most creatures we will not be able to have a buffet type of diet. Humans probably will eat only humans. The Bible is very accurate. For example, the Bible predicted that Israel will come back as one nation. Sure enough, there is a Country called Israel today. Don't pretend you don't know there is a country called Israel. How many of those predictions did you get from Darwin? If you want to be deceived, you will be deceived. The bible also talked about people in the end days who will deliberately be ignorant. They will be ignorant on purpose. The bible also said people will scoff at the bible in the last days because by proclaiming themselves to be wise they become fools. Are you getting the picture? Before you scoff again, pick up that book and read it. Repent of your sins and ask for God's wisdom and discernment in understanding that book. Not understanding the bible is not an indication of delusion on the part of the authors or writers. The bible also said ask and you shall receive. Most scientist are tools in Satan's hands. This is deep knowledge. This may be way over your head. Do you ever wonder why true psychics know stuff about you? A ha! now start thinking. Do you know a thing about spiritual stuff at all? Climate don't make people change. People were created with different colours just like other creatures. White Americans have been here for over 200 years in the heavy sunshine and heat of California. I am yet to see one of them turn black. Black men have been living in Cold New York for probably the same amount of time. I have not observed any turned white. God would not create something special as human beings and leave us in the dark to grapple with uncertainty until Darwin came along. The same way a TV manufacturer will not leave you without a manual. The Bible is your life manual. Darwin's evolution is a distraction. This terrible distraction has cost so many lives. Hitler believed it. He hated Jews and black people. His plan was to kill all blacks and turn Africa to a farm land to feed the rest of the world after his world conquest. Don't kid yourself. They are still it. AIDS is not by accident. Pot of Cambodia had the same idea. He created the killing fields after studying evolution. You are lucky Hitler did not succeed in his mission. You won't be around today to defend evolution. How can you ever believe an ape is your ancestor? Believe it or not, you have been brainwashed and that is so sad. Or maybe it is true for you.

We should also consider the "Intervention theory" in this discussion. http://www.lloydpye.com/ ,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNGngZsxAhw, http://www.redicecreations.com/radio/2007/08aug/RICR-070809.html

We could have been genetically engineered to be black right from the onset. The theory of long exposure to sunlight changing the pigmentation of black people to black skin color is neither exactly accurate, nor adequate. I personally do not buy it. Many other races were also exposed to sunlight, but they did not go through this pigmentation changes.

look at people native to areas of direct sunlight and hot temperatures - less clothing (africa/oceania/indian islands) they are dark, hot areas with dense tree cover (south america/southern asia) are dark brown, those in areas of cold temperatures (cover thier bodies so less direct sun exposure) they are paler. the less pigmintation the skin has the more uv light is obsorbed (what created vit d and seritonin). when you are directly in the sun you can afford (as far as production of vit d) to have more skin protecting melatonin while when you have very limited expoure to the sun because of clothing you have to sacrifice the skin protecting melitonin for the ability to obsorb more uv light to produce vit d. now inuets are exempt from this because thier traditional diet is rich in vit d foods and as such didnt have to sacrifice thier skin protection.

The middle easterns like the arabs were also exposed to extreme amount of sunlight, but that did not affect their light skin pigmentation. No, this theory is not convincing at all. But let us leave the skin color thing for now, okay. What about the different features of each race? How did those come about? How did black africans get their negroid features and the oriental races got their slanty eyes and slight statures? This question is yet to be answered by any other theory apart from the intervention theory.

We definitely did not come from the same source. I stay with the intervention theory for now because no other theory has been more acceptable and convincing to me. My view is, there were different "adam and eve" labs in different parts of the world where these first humans were genetically engineered to have features peculiar to that part of the world. It was a global project to help repopulate the earth after a global cataclysm.

Black people were engineered on the african continent, with the favourite lab location of the negroid "Adam and Eve" specimens being somewhere in southern africa area. But that is based on pure speculation. And yes, i believe that we were genetically engineered to be the way we are now, each race. Who the engineers were and when this was done is purely speculative and thus open to debate.

There is only one race and that is the human race otherwise called Adam's race. The different characteristics in any people group are only minor, the main difference is in our cultural background. Read about the scientific reasons why we have different shades in our skins Here

The biblical theory agrees on one hand with the intervention theory, on the other hand, the claim that all mankind originates from the biblical garden of Eden is false. This is just a mere (very common) claim of the jewish civilization of being the "cradle of mankind". A careful study will quickly reveal that many cultures around the world make the same "cradle of mankind" claim. The jewish claim through their scriptures is just one of many of such claims. Afterall, we africans also make that claim, as well as, messo american indians and the turks.

most anthropologist view middle easterns as a mix as a result of the nords, hytocks, seminites and nubians who all inhabited the same region durring the same time period.  as far as fetures go that has been explained through climatatic exposure as well.  have you not read anything on evolution of man at all?  again colder climates.  those people in regions of cold climates have smaller noses/lips, smaller bosoms, less rotation in the pelvis (smaller hips/backside) and other fetures to conserve body heat.  the height of man is throughnatural selection.  the hight of man now is far greater then it was 1,000 years ago talk less of 100,000 years ago.  adverage height for a man in the time of the ancient egyptian and roman empires was only about 5 feet tall.  when women prefer taller men to "mate" with the children that result are taller, if they prefer shorter men then they will remain the same height or in rare cases be shorter.  just as in certine areas of africa (sorry dont remeber the tribes who participate but in the kenya area) mates are chosen by thier ability to jump.  humans in that area have a slightly differnt muscle formation as a result of generations of this selection process.  the eyes have been debated but are believed to be either part of the mate selection process or as a result of thier enviroment (cold temperatures/wind) to protect thier eyes.  the same feature can be found in all races to varing degrees, in oriental ethnic groups it is a dominant feature.

You must excuse me, agathamari, but evolution does not adequately explain the origins of man, nor does it explain the the pigmentation question, nor the diverse features. Too many loopholes that need to be filled up. Watch the videos in the utube link i posted. I remain with the intervention theory till the acaedemic anthropology priesthood comes out with a theory that is more reasonable. What they have now is nonsense.

Mr Jenwitemi, if you are really interested in learning about differences in physical features of man, such as skin pigmentation, then i believe page number three of this thread would have answered most of your questions, but if you want to propagate religious teachings, then you should let us know, so that you can get input from theologians.

My friend, quit the kneejerk reaction or i will have to mistake you for a religious fundermentalist. You know very damn well that the last person to propagate religious viewpoints around here is Jenwitemi. But that does not mean that i will have to endorse the viewpoint of the "other side" (evolutionists), whose views on this issue also stink. And i do not fully  endorse the religious viewpoint on this issue, either. I have already expressed this view in my earlier post.

I am not interested in your "either or" war with your religious opponents about this issue, so do not drag me into it. I just want to know what the truth is about human origins and evolutionist explanations just does not cut it for me, and so do the religious explanations. If you want to know where my viewpoint on this lie, then watch those videos in the link i provided.

Watch the Lloyd Pye videos in which he exposed quite clearly and in great details where the loopholes are. He is the expert, not i. And he is far from being a religious man.

The extent of the ignorance displayed here is breathtaking. This is the kind of person who would believe that the earth is about 6000 years old, that god destroyed the whole world in a flood, saving only Noah and his family and two of every animal (or is it 7 pairs of 'clean' animals and two of 'unclean' animal depending on which part of the bible one accepts), and that human beings and dinosaurs walked the earth together. And why would one believe such stu.pid ideas? Because the bible (that inerrant, scientifically accurate repository of all human knowledge) says so.
You have displayed your ignorance about evolution. Brainwashed by religion and proud of it. Stu.pidity abounds across the nation and they are called the sons of god.
One despairs for the future of mankind with posts like this.

i ask myself the same question at age 15 a year after i realized that god is imaginary and since i know how to think for myself this is what i reasoned. If you put white bread in a toaster and toast it for a few minutes the bread becomes brown. {nearly the same colour like me} and its the HEAT from the toaster that makes it brown. If a white person sunbathes at a beach that persons gets what is known as suntan which means that persons skin becomes slightly darker in complexion this is as a result of the HEAT. Why do ghanian people have darker skin than we nigerians do? Its because the climate in ghana is hotter than it is in nigeria in other words its the HEAT.
