When you stake on bookings they don't count players they count the number of cards given to players in the match

that's what I know

Each bookie have their own terms. Winnersbet for example have yellow cards and then bookings. In yellow card, 2nd yellow card given to same player doesn't count while in bookings, it counts.
For Sportybet, it doesn't count.

PS: you must count number of players carded to arrive at a logical conclusion.

Using my laptop. They acknowledge the terms. the question is how many players were carded. the game says 7 players with one player receiving a second yellow. they are saying 7 cards and a red card. i asked them to name the players like i did and they would not do that.

They don't have cards. They have only booking and booking points. click on the info sign and read their terms.

Firstly, ask them to explain in layman term the meaning of that part of their t&c then use their explanation to build your case against them.

They agree with me but the are claiming it is 7 yellow cards and a red card making it 8 players that were carded in order to dodge their own t&c. Apparently, whoever investigated never counted the number of players that received card.

Done that. They do not want to investigate. The bone of contention is this, in the game of Villareal vs Real sociedad, I picked un.7.5 bookings. 7 players received yellows cards and the 7th player, Christian Nicolas received a second yellow card making it 8 yellow cards give. But in their terms and conditions, they clearly stated that if a player receives a second yellow card that leads to a red card, it will not count towards the outcome of the bet.
But now, they are cunningly insisting it will now count when their own terms and conditions states it will not count. Na 11k I dey drag with them so.

Arsenal team has really come a long way and looking only at form, only Man.City may draw against them. Chelsea and liverpool are in poor forms this season conceding goals as though it's going out of fashion. In Newcastle last game against arsenal, they were too cautious playing defensively hoping for a draw and I don't see them really challenging arsenal. I think this season will be for arsenal since they don't have European distractions anymore.
